Could not get App to accept patient/service number. Phone call to Ontex and they don’t think it works in Scotland.

Useless worked once, still useless
Have managed to get in past log in stage only once. I wish I could select the items I need/don’t need (instead of all automatically selected). I entered a note saying don’t need all but nobody read this & still delivered everything so attic full of pads. Every other time the app refuses saying incorrect details. Therefore useless. Why not spend the money on humans in a call centre as it’s now impossible to get thru there. Ext Poor service

Very basic and user-friendly
This kind of app seemed like a smart idea in my opinion.
It's not the greatest graphics, but it's still pretty easy to use and accomplishes the goal. The functionality is rather simple and not overly intricate. Perfect for me because I have trouble with complex things.
The registration was straight forward and I definitely recommend this App.

Easy to install and send any user-friendly
Set it up with the relevant information given by Provide really easily. Shows the last order (history) and tells us when we can next order so looks really user-friendly. Interface is not too cluttered either.
