Terribly Buggy
Teams worked great for a group chat and shift management. This app is very glitchy. I have to log out and log back in to see if any new chats show up. There are no notifications when someone sends a message. Bring back Teams!

I can’t believe this is the app Unifi chose to do everything. It’s so buggy. Today I can’t even open it. Occasionally I have to call in an IT ticket because a whole week disappears from my schedule and can’t trade shifts.

UNIFI Aviation Great environment work place
Working with UNIFI Aviation Services as a Passenger Service Agent was a great learning experience. I gained valuable exposure to airport operations, customer service, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Management encouraged growth and provided opportunities to learn multiple aspects of airline operations such as check-in, boarding, and assisting passengers with special needs. The job could be demanding during peak hours, but it helped me build strong communication and multitasking skills. Overall, a solid place to start a career in aviation or customer service.

Frustrating to Use
When we first started this app was great. Now it will not let me sign in with my password. I do not want single sign on on my personal phone.

Easier access to my documents and team
OnTheJob has made my life so much easier. With one app I can quickly link into any of my companies HR platforms so that I don’t have to remember all of those websites and logins. And I love that I can communicate directly with my team and even swap shifts if I need to make a change to my schedule.
