Constant problem
I regularly clean it out I do all the things. Yet it doesn’t work properly. I’ll wake up in the middle of the night overheating and open my app to see that it’s randomly turned on the deep clean mode. I am sweltering in summer and there’s nothing wrong and I can’t get it to go below 82 degrees f. This product is driving me insane!!

Logs you out in middle of the night
It’s 4am and I just spent had to go through a reset password after the app logged me out during the night, while my ooler got set to 100 degrees and I was boiling.
I hate this app. Why does it even use an app. I can’t imagine anything more disruptive than having to pull out your phone in the middle of the night. Get an 8 sleep

No wifi connection
Since the latest iPhone update the wifi will not connect. All my other WiFi devices are connected so it’s not my issue. App should have been updated by now

I love my Ooler, it’s too bad it got bought by another company and it’s no longer in production.
It’s pretty good
I wish there was more advanced control over settings sleep schedules. Like I wish you could have pairs of schedules. What I mean by that is typically you would want one schedule for your weekdays and one schedule for your week nights. And it’s not a big deal. I can just have two schedules that I use, but that would be nice if you could manage both of them via a parent schedule.

Breaks a lot and leaks
Love the ooler… it’s just breaks A LOT and leaks.. and this doesn’t work. Frustrating .

Dumb. Not relaxing. Stupid app. Logs you out for no reason and doesn’t specify password requirements. Whoever designed that, I hope their Ooler leaks in the night.

I have never been a good sleeper, I always woke up hot, the sheets were hot and no matter what the air temperature was, I was sweating. Will ooler, that’s over. My body is cool and I really sleep better than ever. That’s the reason you buy this thing but what is even better, when I wake up and crank the heat up, it makes tour bed like a cocoon and it is so much easier to get out of bed. If it breaks, I would buy a new one. Can’t live without it.

Can’t sleep without it
Whenever I travel to exotic locales, I cringe when I remember my Ooler can’t come with me.
App has stopped working
I have had my chili pad for three maybe four years now and loved it. All of a sudden I cannot get my app to connect and it’s not running on the schedule I had set up. How do I get the app to reconnect?

App doesnt show celsius just fahreheit. Even if celsius is enabled

The app needs a “super secure” password for some reason. It’s silly that my mattress pad needs a more secure password than my bank.

Free from my heat
My body heats the mattress below me and makes the temperature intolerable. With the Ooler, that heat is absorbed and the bed feels right. I sleep a lot better than I used to, as I used to be throwing off the covers all night. The device is reliable. Sometimes it gets noisy but that means it needs to be cleaned, which is quite easy.

Poor Customer Service
I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I have received from Sleepme. Despite reaching out multiple times over the past year, the responses have been either nonexistent or unhelpful. The only advice provided was to flip the Ooler over and reset the “WOP,” which did not resolve the issue. My Ooler has not been functioning for over a year, and the company has failed to correct the problem. If you are looking for a reliable system to improve your sleep, I strongly recommend avoiding Sleepme and considering alternatives like Sleep 8.

Great product. Awful app.
Love our Ooler, but it rarely connects to the app. Not sure how this has so many positive reviews. We’ve had this for years and it still has not improved. Disappointing.
BEST INVESTMENT EVER!
I am regularly a hot sleeper and would have my house set at 60° if I could but of course my bill would be huge. My wife got this for me for Christmas and I have used it every day since! I have even used it during the winter season. It even has a function that slowly wakes you up by increasing the temperature which actually works. 1000% recommend

I can see the temp and it stays cool at night! My mattress runs hot so this really helps me.
Can’t log in anymore
Can no longer log into the app or reset password, returns “something went wrong” every time. Was ok, but is useless now.

Why do I need to create an account?
I bought this device to help cool me at night while sleeping. I downloaded this app to control the temperature remotely. For some odd reason, they want me to create an account with my name and email address, and then, when I read the privacy policy, they basically share the info with anyone they want.
This is very unnecessary, and it just seems like an excuse to get personal information to sell to third parties. I already paid $800 for this machine, I should be able to control it on my phone without having to login with an email address and password.
Do yourself a favor; take a few minutes and read their privacy policy, and who they share all this information with, all for simply downloading an app that links to your cooling device and controls the temperature.
