Failure To call back
I have submitted over a dozen call backs to fix my account.

They Steal your money
These guys are low key crooks. They will post a payment to your account and then not credit it to you credit line for almost a week. When you call to ask why it’s posted but not reflected in credit line, they tell you they are “allowed to hold it for up to 5 business days until it posts” uhhh it’s already posted? “Oh well we’re allowed to hold it for any reason” so you credit it to my balance but not my available credit? That’s crooked when people have bills to pay. You won’t get another big payment out of me like this again if this is how you treat me as a customer. 0 out of 10 I can’t recommend these crooks. They make everything impossible and in the age of digital are primarily mail and fax based when dealing with issues aka they are UNACCESSIBLE TO MODERN USERS. Open sky can get f*cakes will not be doing business with them after this fiasco is settled. Absolutely heinous behavior. Don’t act like a 5 day hold is normal in 2026, ITS NOT

Not working
The app only works on my old iPhone, it keeps saying there’s connectivity issues. It becoming pretty hard to use the card in general.
It’s a scam
You can only pay with a checking card and that takes about 3 to 4 days for the payment to be withdrawn. If you want to pay instantly with a debit card, you can’t unless you call their customer service to have a rep do it for you at a $10 fee. If you make a payment and it returns for whatever reason, their payment return fee went from $25 to $40 overnight without any explanation or reason as to why. Charging me $40 for a return payment on a credit card where the credit is self funded is nothing but scam.

App sucks
This app only opens when it wants to, you guys need to update this app immediately.
App does not work
The app will not allow me to log in after installing the multiple updates. Tried to report this issue but the webpage gives the 404 error code. Had better luck just going to the webpage to log in & pay my statement.
Best ever
Right now the app is not opening properly, but beside that the experience so far has been great. I manage payments, transactions and it gives me the fivo score all in the same place.

Nothing but an infinite loading screen when trying to sign in. The website is no different. However if I were to click on apply or any other part of the website, it loads instantly.

The app never works. Whats the point? You have a credit card app in which people can’t view their balance, make payments, etc. because your app doesn’t work.

I don’t understand how you can take someone’s money and then not work anymore? I haven’t been able to access my money nor can I get into the app anymore. I’m currently looking for a lawyer to sue this entire company.

It takes 10 + days for your money to be posted I put 1000 down just to only have a credit limit of 1000 which is my own money this is basically a savings account that goes on your credit 3 out of 10 would not recommend

I hope people can read this review. I read a lot of negative things about opensky I’ve been with them for almost 7 years and the journey has been amazing they helped me build my credit before covid to a credit score in the 700’s. They graduated me from me a secure card to unsecured with a CLI of $600! I’m on a journey of rebuilding my credit score again, I can’t complain about open sky one thing I wish they would do is add debt card payment features because ACH takes to long.

This app was very limited not a lot of options was available can’t get support from the app now the app don’t even work I deleted and reinstalled and still did not work
No credit protection program
I wouldn’t advice the use of this platform or card they do not offer a credit protection program as other competitors in there market Open Sky is the only credit card I have right now without credit protection. Which protects the user in case of hardship or unforeseen circumstances. This program is a big help to many credit card users in time of need and to not have this feature is a insult as a consumer . Many Americans face hardship at one point or another and to not have a mechanism in place to combat that is careless on this company’s part
