Nobody can be reached via phone and I never received any email when requesting a PW reset
Forces you to update at the most inappropriate time
When you open the app to start a charging session, it tells you that you must update now or you cannot use the app. If you don’t have an Internet connection at the moment, then you’re stuck.

I’m not sure why there’s so many negative reviews. Works better than any other charging app I’ve used.

OPF’s IOS 16 upgrade just killed my EV charging
With no notice at all, and while in need of a charge, the OPF app stopped loading… apparently the app will no longer run on previous-generation iPhones.
In effect, OPF froze the accounts of tens or hundreds of thousands of owners of previous-generation iPhone owners. Beyond inconsiderate!
Folks like me who have older, perfectly fine iPhones aren’t likely to buy a new phone for $1,600 just to resume normal EV charging.
There IS a solution, suggested by the language on the OPF diaplay on the pole on which the charger is mounted: “Or you can swipe card,” I suppose the same way ChargePoint has long done. Except that the inept OPF website offers no path to do place such an or even to speak to a live help desk staff to request cards verbally!

Stops charging randomly
Buggy. Stops charging midway. Stops at various levels - at 55%, 60% etc . Overall user experience not an improvement than the app it replaced (PowerFlex)

too slow
has to be the slowest loading app in the world. hope they can fix it. i just want to scan when i open the app so i can charge, not wait 5 minutes for the map to load
Slow setup
Trying to setup my account was very slow. I still haven’t received my temporary password. So here I sit, with no ability charge due to a slow app.
Lack of car specific information
Unlike all the other charging apps, it doesn’t have a provision for inputting your car info. Saying type 1 is available is not useful to me.
Convenient charging
This app has everything I need to start a charge! Open the app, choose a station, start a charge and stop it when I am ready to unplug!

Awesome chargers
Recently started using the OPF chargers for my Tesla Model Y. Works great. Particularly enjoy being able to use the NACS plug -- no need for an adapter.
