Worst app everrrrrrrr
When I first downloaded the app,I was a little scared because of all the bad reviews when I downloaded the app I tried to go onto the app and it didn’t work so the second time when I went I had press and it said to enter my number and when I enter my number it send me a code so then it was like “we couldn’t find a account with that number” which is crazy because I never had this app before so then I had went back and tried to see if it had a create new account but it didn’t so I would advise y’all to not download this app if it’s your first time because you can’t even create a account.this is ridiculous I don’t like this app.

Need to fix payment system
This app works well and it’s nice having a digital card. My only major complaint is that you can’t make a payment slightly above the minimum payment in the app. It’s some wheel thing that you turn. You can either pay the minimum or $50+. You can go on the desktop version (Which is very basic) and pay the exact amount you want. But I’m tired of fighting the wheel.

Great App
Love this app, lately I’ve been having issues logging in to my account. I’ve tried uninstalling it, and reinstalling it- and I still can’t get a login screen, it asks me to sign up for the card. But I already have an account- I just want to pay my bill! 😣
Best Finance App that’s Underrated
I use this app to manage everything with its low requirements. Being a college graduate it allows me to manage my money without having any minimums or fees. I really like the user friendliness of this app and the overall company

I was approved for the 1000 but I cannot get the app to let me log in no matter what I do! I have done everything tech support told me to do. Such as uninstall and reinstall. Clear all history. It says you can use the card the same day but that is not true!!! You can’t even log into the app!!! The lady that helped me when I called in said that she had even made a ticket for tech support to fix the issue for me but no…it’s not fixed and what’s worse is that she said that she would make a ticket for it and that “hopefully “ it would start to work for me. I had told her that I needed the card asap and I asked could I complete the application any other way and she said no, just keep checking your app to see if it will work. That was aggravating that she seemed so unconcerned about it and no one bothered to follow up and make sure that I did get the help that I needed. I thought that this was going to be a reputable financial institution but I am thinking otherwise now. If I were you I would stay away. The app doesn’t work correctly and if you are looking for something stable and there in case you need it I don’t think this is the one for you or I. I am so disappointed because I really needed that card and I was thrilled to be approved but now going on two weeks later I still can’t log into the app!!!! VERY DISSATISFIED. I’ve read reviews and I see I am not the only one. You would think that they would want business and would fix an issue that is driving people away. Is it a scam? I am completely confused. If anyone from the company is actually reading these posts please fix the problems so that is that have applied and been approved can actually use the product. I only gave one star because you have to choose something to write your post! I would have given a negative star if I could. I have logged into that app and deleted it and downloaded it 100 times it seems!!! I’m sooooooo aggravated!!!

Doesn’t work
No matter what I do I can not log in. I’ve deleted and tried in other devices and still the same have emailed the customer service twice about the issue and still no response
