USELESS

Ordered my card over 3 weeks ago and still hasn't arrived and when I contact aqua customer service they just tell me there is a delay with Royal Mail so I should wait longer instead of ordering another card yet I'm still waiting and why would an important piece of mail like a a credit card be sent out by 2nd class mail! Surely it should be sent 1st class at minimum and preferably by recorded post for security but no! I shall wait a few more days and if I don't receive me card I will be cancelling at all together and not ordering another one as aqua clearly doesn't care either way

Very Helpful

I like having my Aqua - because it helps me enormously. It is very handy because it is a credit card - which is the seller’s preferred payment method on occasion. Aqua is most definitely one of the better companies - - you keep an eye on my and offer as standard helpful suggestions but in such a way - it’s just good. Your employees are ALWAYS polite, friendly, helpful and professional. I thank you very much.
