I get that this isn’t an instant messenger app but trying to speak to an advisor is like pulling teeth. The app kicks you out, you have to log back in and then navigate to the chat screen again, when you get to the chat screen it’s 50/50 whether it will load.
The worst experience
Needs constant redownloading and reautgenticating to work, does not remember where you left off, does not bring autosuggestions, will not allow to paste EMAIL to log in. The list goes on and on. Avoid if you can. They do approve everyone tho so great option for people with no other options.
Great Card, but………..
I’ve had this card for a while and it’s a great card. APR is sky high and over limit fee is a bit much. If you have poor credit the fees alone will put you in more debt. Luckily I’ve paid mine off using a balance transfer card, but will look for a card with a much lower APR as I’ve spent more money on interest and fees which could have gone towards my balance. I’ve paid off and will not use again.

I make sure I pay on time and don’t exceed 50% of my balance and due to me doing this they extend my credit which essentially helps my credit score as well

I forgot passcode that I had to enter because I changed my faceid, despite many attempts and then entering new pascods this stupid app says is incorrect.. cant even make call as is past 6pm.

Absolutely awesome card… offers limit increases and 0% balance transfers all the time. Main stream banks are just intent on lowering limits when you need it most and then it makes everything worse!
