Poor quality for the premium price
Please have other alternatives if you could, the app is super user unfriendly, always having errors that you have to uninstall the whole app then reinstall it back to fix, they need to improve their tech part, it’s a decade behind
It doesn’t even ring???
I don’t get notified of a call until I’ve missed it and then it’s “you’ve missed a call from ____” ? I would have answered if it TOLD ME IT WAS RINGING….
Compatibility
The Optus loop app is not compatible with apple i watch and other cellular devices,

Glitchy & expensive
For something that costs a fortune every month, the app is poor. On iPhone, you can’t see a number displayed until you answer the call & unlock your phone. We also had to change something to allow another person to answer the phone from their device whilst we were overseas, & it completely got rid of our business voicemail, allowing people to phone outside of business hours. You then have to wait forever on the phone to Optus to try & get it put back on & something else goes wrong. All in all a bad service for the price per user.

Can’t even log in
Your app doesn’t work at all. Tried to log in but there is no paste option. So i had to write down the whole big user id, couldn’t paste. Then used the password to log in but didn’t work. Kept giving me error that log in credentials are not right. I used the web and able to sign in. Such a ridiculous app you built.
