Faire une app c’est bien, mais quand elle fonctionne c’est mieux !
Le sign up ne marche pas, l’encadré du code postal et du numéro de la carte s’affiche en ROUGE car n’est « valide » donc en résumé l’app ne sert à rien. Insupportable.

Great staff who actually understands the life problems that someone is going through in real and challenging life. It takes allot of trust for someone to open up and speak about their circumstances and when banks shows the trust upon their customer by doing little things to give flexibility makes a huge difference in someone’s life. Disgraceful
I’ve had the same problem three times with payments to them through the app. I have redownloaded the app multiple times, there’s plenty of money in my account and they still put on late fees. They have been told about the same issue a few times. I’m the on suffering because of there fkcu up!!!!

Love this card easy to use and great for any unexpected bills or if I need quick cash for anything else. Also payments are made easier with the app and the interest rates are reasonable
Hit and miss
This app is great when it works! On some occasions my payment has not been processed resulting in me contacting Opus direct in order to avoid late payment charges however they have refused to take payment over the phone! Luckily with my persistence they agreed to take payment however it causes unnecessary anxiety each month payment is due!

Brilliant card service
Ive been an OPUS credit card user for a few years now and the customer service and card management facilities are faultless. Even though the interest rates are higher than usual. Being a OPUS credit card user has allowed me to increase my credit rating.
