You blocked users out of the Transfer Money option out of the blue!
This app was working very well till you decided to block us out of the Send Money option! There is no Orange Max it app from Cameroon in Canada app store. What do we do bow. You’ve blocked an entire market out of the app! 🤬

Je ne comprends pas pourquoi tous les orange max it ( Côte d’Ivoire, Sénégal, Jordan……) sont disponibles dans les App Store canada comme États unis. Par contre celui d’orange max it Cameroun n’est pas disponible.

À l’instant où je fais ce message, l’application Max it ne s’ouvre pas. Je suis dans l’incapacité d’effectuer une transaction.😞🙆🏾♂️😒

Complex login
The app is amazing but login process is a bit tricky. There should be other ways of login like sms confirmation instead of a login link only. Sometimes you want to login to the app where the sim is not inside the same mobile phone.

It will be super cool and fully functional if you get can see the sms messages on the app just in case the sim isn’t available at that moment. Like buying meter topup, paying for groceries and all that. There should be a message box where you can see the references just like you do when you get the sms messages in your normal sms message box. Thank you!

Far better than MTN Mobile Money or any other banking app in Cameroon . It generates receipts on payments has better options and rarely bugs
