Unstable
Deliveries come an hour late typically, drinks and things left behind. I’ve been using order.com for years and it always feels like a gamble. Pretty sore this is just a rich kid clone of Uber Eats.

Awful experience. They deleted (stole) earned redemption points from the Delivery era. Support was abysmal, even disrespectful. I was happy to learn of the building class action suit from others in the same situation. Insult to injury that they’d then expect anyone to manage through this garbage app with non stop bugs. Awful.

Scam Business
My account was recently hacked and delivery.com refuses to assist. They called the person who made the fraudulent orders and he verified the orders are legitimate so they are taking his word. I have email receipts and text receipts for all orders I made. The phone number they say is associated with the account has never been mine. Clearly the scammer changed the account phone number but they can’t even see that. Why would I suddenly start ordering $60 worth of food and make orders from places not near where I live? If I’m not the account owner, how do I know about every order ever placed?

New rebrand
Ever since they rebranded themselves it has been a nightmare a simple mistake becomes unfixable on their end when it has been fixed before I don’t recommend using this app and instead just drive to the places you want to eat at for pick up
Weak Customer Service
Regularly have orders canceled or marked as undeliverable by Order and all you ever get is a “too bad so sad” without any recompense for lost coupon codes or wasted time.
Deleting App
This app used to be my go to, but not anymore. I ordered food from my usual restaurant and the restaurant would not fulfill the order because the vendor never established the change of name to Order.com. I paid for my order on site and was reimbursed immediately by order.com, but I am hesitant to order again. Now I am receiving $15 off of $30 promos and my points are gone. Deleting app. It was fun while it lasted!

Fully design with ai
I don’t know who owns delivery.com but definitely not a team the new app has so many error becuase is made fully with ai even the design and most of the good features are gone I don’t know what happened but horrible aplicacion in 2026 and that horrible app omg we are not in 2015 anymore
Too bad
Had this app on my phone for over 10 years when it was delivery and had points, allegedly they sent an email a week before that the points were going to disappear when they changed it to order and there’s nothing they will do when you call so looks like this app is gonna disappear from my phone. Bye now.

Bad rebranding
The new all is a confusing mess. Places I used to order from now charge a higher fee, only the app shows no fees until trying to place an order. It’s hard to sort through any filters. The old service was reliable and offered great promos. There’s no reason to use this when they’re are many better options, including ordering directly from the restaurant.

Worse in every way
This new app is pretty bad. Has no way of sorting or filtering restaurants, completely removed my order history (years), got rid of the thousands of points I had built up (without warning), and is clunky to use.
Whyyyy??
Delivery.com used to have groceries, food delivery, laundry all in one app. Why did they split it into more than one app? This is a headache. I’ll just use another company.
The app is a different app that does not work.
When did this change happen and how did y’all roll out an unusable product? I can’t place any orders for laundry which I normally do with ease through the website and it tells me to download an app that does not exist.
Everything is gone and wrong
Cant reorder my old delivery.com orders. Took me 5 minutes to realize why the old app was bricked. Search showed no results. Time to move to any other platform. I just want dinner not this hassle.
Never should have been released needs so much work
This is so amateurish and poorly designed. No communication at all that this would change and laundry wouldn’t be available. Lost huge amount credit overnight and had to beg for help. Really poor experience
Made one of the worst apps ever worse
The delivery.com app was always super buggy and slow, but it’s been an easy way to schedule my laundry pickup and delivery for years. I went to schedule my weekly laundry delivery today, only to see that the app is now called “Order” and it’s somehow even worse than the original app.
When I click the menu sidebar and tap “Laundry,” nothing happens. The sidebar just goes away and I remain on the main page of the app. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app, and the same thing happens.
I ended up using my browser app to go to their website, where the sidebar finally worked. I tapped “Laundry” and was taken to another page prompting me to download another laundry-specific app. Ok, fine. I downloaded that app and was then prompted to make a separate account for it.
After going through all that, I finally entered my zip code and saw… literally one single laundromat available in my area. In New York City. Normally we have so many laundromats available to us, and now suddenly nothing.
I’m also just generally confused by the change. I’ve checked my emails and see absolutely no communication about the entire rebrand and changes to customers.

Search doesn’t work
If you type in any word in search, it just spins for a very long time, 30+ seconds, and then says no results. I’ve ordered dozens of times thru the app before and there are a hundred of restaurants nearby. The app has always been iffy, and this latest version is really bad
Can’t delete account.
The “Delete account” button in account settings does not function. Clicking it does nothing. Please fix this. Quite frustrating.
Buggy and no more promo codes
App has gotten buggier over the years and they recently stopped giving promo codes — final nail in the coffin. R.I.P.
Horrible glitchy app
This is one of the glitchiest apps I’ve ever used. Promos don’t apply, app freezes, can’t place orders. I’ve addressed this with customer service multiple times and nothing ever changes. Poorly run company = poorly run app.
No longer offers service
App no longer works. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling. Seems like they’ve stopped service. Been more than a month, almost 2.
