What About the Rest of Us?

I prefer to buy from O’Reilly, simply because there is one closest to home, and there had been one near my shop before I retired.
I’ve been a car guy since I was twelve, I do it all from mechanics (I rebuild engines), to body work and fab, to upholstery. From antique Fords to newer Corvettes.
I would like to be able to access an app like I can with your competitors for my convenience. That’s what these apps are for, customer convenience. If you can do it for the current pros, you can do it for the rest of your customers as well. Sometimes I find it easier to shop your competitors just for this reason. They’re only a couple miles further away, not even worth comparing the little extra time and distance for the shopping convenience.
Yeah, I can use the web browser, and I have. But the point of the app is instant access to shopping and account access.

Lacking a few things

Lacking a few things but at least we finally have access to our cost on parts. This really needs a category to save some vehicles permanently instead of just having the “recent vehicles”. We all have vehicles we search often and would like a “garage” or something of the sort to permanently save those vehicles in so we can find and search them quickly. Do this and the app will be near perfect. For this reason I give it 3 stars. Create a “garage” or a category to permanently save vehicles you frequently look up and then it will be worth 5 stars

Needs option to save vehicles for quicker future lookup

I gave the app 2 stars because they have no option to save vehicles for future lookup other than “recent searches”. I don’t know how you design an app like this and don’t have a link set aside to add and save the vehicles you want so they will always be there in the future. Wasn’t well thought through. Also there are too many items that say “call for availability and pricing”. I could understand leaving the option to call for availability but the prices on such parts as ac delco brand don’t change every other day or anything so there’s no reason you can’t make those prices available for pro accounts and keep them up to date.

Need an orileys app for the average person

Need an app for your average guy whos trying to find parts. Just one that keeps your account info logged in or just takes you to the website and automatically logs you in would be great, as its a hassle to go to oreillys.com and have to log in every time to see the parts in stock at the stores near you. Yall really gonna let autozone take more customers? because they have an app made for the average consumer and yall dont. If it were me i would be putting the pressure on them by having apps for all types of customers

Great so far

It’s working great so far the only issue is that if you stop in the middle of your quotes there’s no place on the screen that can scroll up and down but it’s improved a lot since I’ve had the app
