HORRIBLE customer service
All I want to do is cancel a subscription that I’ve never used. Answe RTes the questions asked and I’ve been waiting for a response from their customer service rep for over an HOUR!
Good app
I signed up for the I got issues with connecting to my account and the team was so amazing and patient with restoring my account. The dances are really good and I’m burning out calories with minimum effort.
I have used the app for a week though not consistent with daily workouts but I have managed to loose 1.5kgs . The dance routines are simple and I was wondering if I was doing something or just wasting my time but the scale proved that I was actually doing something simple but effective

Cancellation Policy
They will continue to bill your credit card even six months after a failed transaction as soon as a card becomes available they will charge it. They charged my account twice day one day after the other. They will not let you talk to a live person and their response time is longer than 24 hours and it’s only through the app and they want you to keep the app open. Wait for a response or a reply from customer service I have never dealt with a company like this.

Just a dance app
I paid for this app for the Kegel exercises and that is no where on here. It is just a regular app that shows you different dance moves to help you get active. I am only giving it 2 stars because of false advertisement & they made paying for something that I can’t use. I’m sure someone else might like it. It is just not for me…

Day1 slow start
They start with the basics on day one. It felt slow borderline boring, but I’m looking forward to it building. I will say after the workout I did feel the strenuous activity
The App has some hang ups
The app would keep pausing on me throughout the workout which was very annoying. This was day one so we will se how it works out from here.
Dance
I have only been using the dance portion of the app and have seen a substantial improvement in my speed. My feet move faster! The dance workout, being only 15 minutes or so in length makes it easy to fit in right away in the morning, but I occasionally do two in a row when I need a longer workout. I love this app.

Como puedes pagar una aplicación que no te permite ver que te ofrece, es imposible tomar una dicción solo por que te dice que te generaron un plan, esta aplicación necesita permitir tiempo de prueba o validación de su contenido para que uno se pueda animar

Solo pude abrir un día la app y después se queda trabada, pero siguen haciendo el cargo en Pay Pal, quiero cancelar y no puedo ya entrar a la app, no responden en soporte, tengan cuidado, ahora tendré que ir al banco a cancelar esa tarjeta para que ya no hagan el cargo, porque no hay manera de cancelarlo no en Pay pal. Qué mal por los dos desarrolladores.
