Big glitches on the app when you edit order
Order delivered twice. Realised whenever I edit the order, something goes wrong. Most recently I had the original order delivered - plus the amended order, ie order was delivered twice. And you will be charged double without approving the payment. This is a big problem, as it just gets debited from your card. I will be try to delete my card payment details for this very reason.

missing items
Although I was a loyal customer, sadly they kept sending missing items and one of the items had bugs in it. although they promised refund, they never did even after several calls and whatsapp reminders. I gave up.
No preferences for communication implemented. Spams the end user.
You must add an option to opt out of marketing communications. I can’t stand receiving all those notifications.

Noway answer in any way to communicate with them when order is wrong or missing items

Quite slow
The app is quite slow unfortunately and as the service of OFC is not the best, it would be good to have the contact details of th branch delivering, In the „my order“ section.

This is one of the only few apps which have a direct vegan section!
Inconvenient application
I made an order and 3 items were not delivered, although I paid for them. The app does not have a convenient way to communicate with the store. I wrote them 2 letters about when they intend to make a refund for the goods they delivered, but they do not answer. I also called them twice but they have an answering machine. The app does not have a support chat or anything like that. This is extremely inconvenient. No connection with the store.

Often missing items on delivery
Make sure to check all items have been received. It’s been a few too many times that I have not received my complete order while having paid the total amount.
Phone verification doesn’t work
Try to register and use phone verification but the codes never arrived. Can’t register, can’t use the app.

Time taken to refresh and for opening one’s cart is too delayed

First order received non labeled chicken. Second order missed the delivery date and I found myself without grocery.
Delivery time is horrible more than 6 hours for just 15 mins away
