Missing ticket

I paid for a ticket that didn’t arrive in my email as promised. I sent a message via email and via this app with no response. I was supposed to have received an acknowledgement of my message but didn’t get that either.

Buggy, inaccessible, poor service

App not working, always late and wont even explain and at least give something to compensate. And wont even wait or reach out to/for the passengers when they are early/ontime.

Bug constants qui provoquent des erreurs

C’est la pire application que j’ai utilisée dans les dernières années. Elle bug constamment, remet sans cesse un trajet non sélectionné et la date du jour. Il faut contre vérifier à plusieurs reprises que l’application n’ait pas modifié le choix de parcours. Évidemment, si l’application provoqué une erreur, vous ne pourrez pas échanger votre billet! Et que dire du service à la clientèle, un pur désastre !
