Tracking
Do not get this app for tracking. I cannot believe this but it doesn’t even connect to your hearing aid it connects to your phone. I have been trying to find my hearing aid for hours now using this app and it follows my phone instead of my hearing aid.
Does not update
I have had the app for a couple of years and use it occasionally. Today when I go to open the app it tells me to update and the only option takes me to the Apple Store. Here the only option is to “Open” and then it takes me back to “Update”. The app is no longer available to me, I am just going round in circles! I guess I will try deleting it and download it again

Huge difference!
My world completely opened up since I got my hearing aids. I’m able to watch television without raising the sound and annoying others around me. I live in an independent living facility and it’s important that I keep my TV at a reasonable level! I no longer worry about disturbing others! I’m able to have conversation conversations in a group with ease. All in all, I am very pleased at the performance of my Oticon hearing aids!

Needs better options
I need more range for my hearing aids. I feel the only setting that’s good for me sometimes is comfort.
I just want to use the app.
Obviously, I need this app for my hearing aids to function, but I am tired of being prompt to write a review every time I open it.
Unresponsive
The hearing aid program fails to pick up when I start wearing hearing aids. I go in and check to make sure they’re connected followed by two or three hours later to make sure it’s taking the reading. 80% of the time it is not. It usually takes anywhere from 6 to 8 hours. Before it starts reading.

The aids just turn up the volume
If i cant hear certain frequencies turning up the volume makes other sounds TOO LOUD and it’s probably damaging what little hearing i have left
Surely some one or a AI app can resolve this basic problem
Some limitations on a high pitch screaming noise like fire engines police cars etc
They I would say are causing more damage to me and others

Lost without them!
I’m so grateful for these hearing aids! I’d be lost without them! I love it that they automatically connect to my phone & my music & You Tube!

Still learning. Not totally intuitive. Have had to google things to navigate back from one choice to choices. Hmmm
Unstable
I find that as my hearing aids age, this is the beginning of the third year, they have become unstable. The sounds keep switching in my ear from one frequency to another. When I want to hear something o my phone I must tap twice to hear anything. And yes, I recently updated the App and had my specialist adjust them the devices. It didn’t help the issue I was experiencing before the 3 year mark.

Not so sure
The background noise is to much , the WiFi doesn’t work unless u have my phone close by, sometimes one sound is working and the other is not. I am trying to get used to it but it’s not easy. I made need another option
My new hearing side
I don’t have any complaints with these new hearing aids they are much more advanced than my old ones.
They are very clear and easy to take care of.
