AMAZING SUPPORT
Honestly, everyone has so much apps so it is hard to have so much expectations. I was the same way especially when i tried to reach out for support of their product. I reached out on app feature. I was so amazed to find out that they responded within hours with REAL MESSAGES, not the notification saying they got it and respond within few days. It was very precise response for my issues and instructed me how to proceed. This is the first time i was impressed with the support features on apps.

I'm new to wearing hearing aids and had several questions and concerns. I reached out to Support through the app and received detailed, highly relevant help. I took their advice to my hearing aid specialist and we got everything adjusted without any issues!
Could be better
I really do enjoy my hearing aids. It’s 0530 and I just put them in and I can hear the crickets outside.
My only wish is that they would do better in control of large crowd cacophony.

They fit perfectly and the color Oticons app is very easy
Extra connections
I was told I would be able to connect my Oticon Intent hearing aids to aruacast transmitters so I could use them on an airplane. I’ve contacted support, went on FaceBook user groups and watched YouTube videos. I cannot get these things to work except with my Apple devices, or as regular old hearing aids. If anyone can help, I would really appreciate it.

Wish I had more control options

Sent an email, never expected an answer as soon as I got one. Very knowledgeable and offered several options to my issues, and seemed to genuinely care about my situation. Can’t say enough about the sips got. And very quick to answer.
Speech unintelligible
Despite attempting to fine tune the various sound levels and activating the spoken word function, I cannot understand speech unless I have direct eye to eye contact. Speech from a TV must be loud to understand words but then I hear unwanted invasive ambient sounds from the central air conditioner.
Not enough control
Ok for simple adjustments like volume. Needed more ability to adapt to varying environments
Keeps disconnecting
The app is okay I guess but I’m frustrated that my hearing aids randomly disconnect. And frequently they take awhile to connect when I first put them in—especially the left one. Very annoying 😞
Medical app
I don’t have to say ‘eh?’ anymore. It’s good to be able to control my hearings aids from my phone.
Struggling
Just got it a week ago so I’m hoping my audiologist can fix settings. Sound weak and annoying.
