They made me buy product from somewhere else because of late delivery . Also not letting me return the same even though I bought it from grocery store. Careless and low class

They force you to rate each and every “delivery partner” for every delivery before you can place the next order.
- forcing customers to mark unnecessary steps is poor UI which makes the use of the app frustrating
- asking us to rate the delivery person instead of the quality of goods is a clever way of ensuring reviews are high because who wants to poorly rate an unknown person but there is no way to rate the quanlity of their produce

Rotten fruits and veggies
Far from farm fresh, they are selling rotten fruits and veggies. App doesn’t allow raising complaints either. Worst experience amongst all the grocery providers in India. Don’t waste your money here.

I am writing this review for the person who is thinking to buy store id from them. Please please don't fall for it its a trap. They all are running a very big scams in name of partnership in the end u will get nothing just chillers. I have 50 partners in contact they are saying the same.
Msg fr users that there vegetables even do come from factories of bawana where they keep it in very miserable condition. They are playing with ur health by making false promises.
ये सब लोग मिलकर घपला कर रहे है फ़स्सा देगें पेसे लगवाके फ़ीर इनकी ग़ुलामी करते रहोगे पेसे जो लगे होंगे। कुछ भी बात होगी तो एक ही चिज़्ज़ बोलेंगे की छोर दो जाओ क्यूँकि पेसे जो ले चुके होंगे तुमसे और मेहनत करवाएग ग़लतियाँ निकाल कर पेसे काटेंगे वो अलग। हर हफ़्ते नए नए बेवक़ूफ़ रूल बना देगें। managment मैं एक भी smjhdhar आदमी या औरत नहि हैं otipy का मालिक चुतिया है श्यद जो ऐसे गँवारों के हाथों मैं company देकर bedha हैं।

So far good
It’s a new service so I don’t know how well this review will age. But for now the service is good. Veggies are fresh and well packed, delivery is hassle free and contactless. Plenty of deals help manage the budget. A lot of variety in specialty veggies and fruits not easily available in market.
Logs you out!
Poor app. Logs you out. One gets frequent messages to buy on the phone and updates but will not let log in with OTP. No OTP delivered even after repeated OTP requests so spending an hour trying to order vegetables is counterproductive.

I have been ordering from OTIPY since lockdown. Vegetables are fresh and very nicely packed. Rates are also much lower as compared to stores!!
