I like them as a factoring company , I love that they offer a fuel card that gives discounts.
But they advertise 24/7 factoring, yet their factoring team leaves at 1:30-2:00pm everyday and don’t work at all on weekends … so you either won’t get paid until the next day or you may go the entire weekend without getting paid.
They still charge you for BOLT(a feature that helps you get paid faster) regardless of if they paid you same day or not.

Worst company to factor with
The issue every day you get the Load factor they don’t wanna call. They only email a bunch of millennials that don’t wanna work or talk to people just text and email Mail. It’s been a struggle to stay up float have not one good thing to say about them. Worst decision I made was to start factoring with OTR

Good to worst
I’ve been with Otr for almost 4 years when I first got with them. They’re so good really put the carrier first but now they sweat overseas to hire cheaper workers. I don’t know what they are doing or care about anybody. They change on their policies without notice. If you were a small carrier just starting out I highly recommend going somewhere else. This company will assassinate your mc they recently tried to steal my money. My my insurance partially canceled. I still had physical damage on my truck in cargo Insurance. Still on my policy only thing that canceled was the $1 million liability I had over $4000 in loads that they approved and told me that they were not release my money until I had liability on file, which makes zero sense if I already have cargo, which covers the Load if anything would’ve happened to it long story short I need that money to pay for my policy and they will not release it to me even though it was approved and nothing was damaged and the Broker gave me the Load knowing my situation they will give you attitude and bath talk and lie to you regardlessly they have no candor to the trucking community whatsoever and also they did not notify me that they planned on doing this until the day of like what a shot in the gut you think you did everything to save the day for somebody overseas to tell you you’re not gonna get the money you worked hard for that you can’t pay your drivers today and now when I have got the insurance money from loans from friends and pay for the policy, I’m still waiting to hear back from their underwriting team to take me off the no buyers even though all you have to do is called the insurance company and give them the policy number and they will tell you was active or not. I called Otr and ask him what’s the delay they tell me the most BS excuse that there are so many other clients in the same predicament as me that I have to just. I highly doubt that they have thousands of clients that they have to call and verify their insurance today. I still haven’t received my money still till this day these people are not to be trusted

They updated the app into a downgrade, now we are suddenly not able to see our own invoices which is ridiculous, yes we have all of our own information but we should be able to see everything since the issue is new, we noticed the downgrade in December, no you may not lie to me. I know I’ve been able to see all of the invoices I’ve submitted since march.

I had to download app to factor my smart trucker loads. The app is awful. I like the truck smarter way better. Wish I could go back.

Si I una carga el viernes lo normal es q la depositaran el lunes yo tuve que llamarle y encima me contagion 25 dólares sin yo pedirles Que fuera pago relampago cuando la cargas es de poco valor encima te Corbran 25 por el deposito a parte de lo que la factory te cobra .

I’ve been using them for almost a year and they personally haven’t given me any issues when it comes to factoring. It’s easy to upload documentation and easy to access the app. The app currently has a bug where it says that “New Update is available “ but there isn’t one. My only complaint is that if you are dormant in the system and wish to use them again, you can’t find out whether brokers factor with OTR on the app or not since you can’t sign in and paste their MC number. I’m writing this last section because I’m currently dealing with this.

Updated App
The update has not been going well on my phone as I have to delete and reinstall the app weekly. When the app is working properly I have no issues
Hidden fees and charges?
After emailing and calling I finally set up with them, went to fund my card and they charge $5 per $500 funded which really charged me $10 not $5 as shown… I funded $500 and only have $490 available… they charge $20 for every $2000 funded.
It’s a prepaid, probably better off with any other real fuel card. Will be calling and complaining come Monday!

UNFAIR BILLING PRACTICES
I was committed a one month free loadboard for DAT in my contract. They voilated the contract by not giving me loadboard aswell as their sister company practices unfair billing. Otr themselves charge you $3 per ACH fee. You cannot use their fuel cards by hand entering on any TAs Petro or Speedway. I look forward to getting released without any problems for both parties.

Failed to upload paperwork on iPhone
We are trying to upload paper work form one week but that are not supported iPhone. And showing error failed to upload . online portal is very slow .
