Extremely buggy
Local state appears to be easily corrupted and not easily repaired. Just a whirlwind of error messages.
Plus the little warning they give you when you select ASAP and they say "we need more time!" Hey man I didn't set the original time! You did!

Worst app in the history of apps
A terrible app that wastes your time 75-99% of the time. The only thing that seems to work is the notification that the app is not working properly.
Pick up times
Your app should simply tell me what time my order will be available if ASAP isn’t an option. Instead, I have to keep guessing at what time is good for a pick up. Just tell me what the soonest time is I can pick up my order.
Awful and buggy
Awful app can’t even get an order in because of all the scrolling, scheduling and other bugs. Don’t like having to share all my information before I can even try to order either. Clearly an attempt to save a buck and cut out delivery companies but they didn’t spend enough money to do it right and have a crummy app. If you’re going to sell pizza this expensive don’t be cheap and either pay for app development or use a proper platform and pay the fees for a delivery company that has made the investment.

Bring back the old app
Love OTTO, hate the new app. Old app worked WAY better. So frustrated I ended up just walking down and placing my order at the pizzeria. Was hoping the kinks would eventually be worked out but I’ve now used / tried to use the new app at least 7 times. Twice worked because I gave up trying to modify my pizza and just ordered something it would allow me to order. Other five times I’ve either walked down or called in.

I love OTTO, but the app is broken
I’ve used hundreds, maybe even over a thousand apps in my life. This is, without even having a close contender, the worst app I’ve ever used in my life.
I’ve yet to use it once where it charges the correct amount, or where it allows me to properly select a delivery time. It’s just awful.
The worst part is, I LOVE OTTO pizza! But when they switched to this new app, everything crashed. I insist on using it because I like my rewards points, but even those don’t function correctly anymore. So sad.

App needs debugging. Coupons disappear, buttons don’t react.

Frankly, you’re better off ordering on the website.
Most of the time the app is functional, but if you’re unlucky, point rewards will disappear from your cart as you're checking out and not return, the app will freeze when trying to change payment type & despite selecting full payment, the app will arbitrarily switch to partial payment and more. Extremely frustrating. Hence, just use the website so you don’t have to deal with this like I did. Maybe give it 6 months before the app is where it should be.

Ordering is broken on iPhone 8 IOS 16.4
I tried to place an order and got all the way to submitting the payment. I got the alert from my credit card company saying the charge went through but never got an email from the vendor. I called them and they said they never received the order. So there’s more work to do squashing bugs.

App downgrade! Sells your email immediately
Far more primitive version and clearly doesn’t connect to previous info. That’s probably so they can sell the info as a ‘new listing’. Will probably not order again.
Stop fixin’ what ain’t broke
I should not have to put in a credit card/ debit card in order to order my pizza, I liked the old “better system” where I could order onThe app and pay in the store. The pizza is the best l can’t say the same for the app.
Terrible app
Terrible, frustrating, makes me not want to order from this business. Took me 30 minutes just to order a pizza on this app. The old app was so much easier.
New app is garbage
New app is garbage, usually does not work, had to try multiple times. Always says “no stores found,” or crashes when trying to make payment.
Pizza good, but app downgraded
I have been getting Otto pizza for about 10 years. Always found it easy to hop into the app and pay with a gift or debit card. I received a gift card for Christmas and didn’t use it right away. When I went to use it, nobody in the store knew why I couldn’t access the card. Finally, I see an email that let me know the app had been updated. (Downgraded) I can no longer figure out where put my gift card into the app. I have no idea what happened to the points that I had accrued before. (The Otto email told me that they would show up if I just re-registered, but I haven’t seen that.) I see from other reviews that I’m not the only person who hasn’t had a problem with this new app. i’m not sure the pizza is worth the headache.

New app so much worse
What a terrible excuse for an upgrade. The new app is so much worse. Logging into to two sites passwords don’t carry over tracking order not easy much less user friendly. Just a terrible decision to change to this new app. Took 10 times longer to place an order via the old app. I will get pizza somewhere else next time.

Awesome pizza, great app
This is my favorite pizza by far and ordering is so fast and easy on the app. Great experience. And if you are looking for gluten free pizza as well this is the best!!
Why no autofill?
I would order pizzas a lot more often if I didn’t have to manually type in my full name and address, twice, and my credit card number, expry, etc. every single time I want a pizza.
Best Pizza Ever
Otto Pizza is my absolute favorite pizza place everrrrr… The seasonal options they offer are so creative. The crust it perfection. Love this place!

Everythinf is different… it had none of my information… i had to reset my password… i dont like the platform… awful app
Bring back the old app!
This new app is terrible. You can’t save CC information and it’s plagued with runtime errors. I order pizza weekly from you guys and I HATE THIS APP!
We love the pizza, but this app needs work
1) I converted an existing account, and I am logged in, but I can’t store my home address, regular store, or payment info.
2) When reordering it’s not clear if I could make a small modification or if I’m just going to immediately place the old order
3) Missing a list of specials per location, or frequently ordered items
4) Changing from ASAP to scheduled required re-entering my delivery address
