Cartão Virtual sem funcionar

Tem 20 dias que o acesso aos cartões virtuais deixaram de funcionar. Ninguém resolve. Nem no 0800. Horrível essa última atualização

Um app que ainda está em 1999

Nunca vi demorar tanto pra processar uma compra, um pagamento, um limite de fatura, etc… isso pq ainda cobra anuidade. Uma sugestão seria vir para o século XXI, mesmo que pra 2020 quando os bancos já conseguem reagir de forma instantânea.

Aplicativo lento, você paga com pix não mostra que foi pago no aplicativo, tudo dá erro, o sistema tá mandando sempre tentar novamente mais tarde, falar pelo Whats é um teste de sanidade porq demoram 4 meses pra responder mas fora isso dá crédito pelo menos

Veja se o App BB e o iOS estão atualizados e dê todas as permissões de acesso pro app nas configurações do celular, inclusive armazenamento, câmera, microfone e localização. Limpe o cache e tente novamente com outra conexão (se estiver no wi-fi, mude pra dados móveis e vice versa). Estou com muita dificuldade em acessar meus gastos! O banco direciona para este app que só funciona pessoa fisica.
