Website so user unfriendly. Unable to login multiple times. Will spread the word on how terrible this app is.
Forced privacy acceptance
I’ve been using the app for a few years. It’s acceptable for the most part however now I when I open the app I get a pop up demanding that I review and accept the new privacy terms to continue using the app. However there is no way to review the terms - we are forced to accept terms and are unable to review the actual document. Note to developer - if you are going to force something like this provide a link or a way for users to read the document we are being demanded to agree to.

Stopped working
I got the frame for Christmas almost 5 years ago and I’ve had the same photos on it for 2 years and I went to change them now none of my photos will upload to the frame and my device randomly removed from my app and I can’t reconnect it and there doesn’t seem to be a valid email that I can find to resolve this issue.

Does not give option to reenter a new password. Now that I forgot my password I can’t login. I tried to re-register but it says my email already exists.

Very Slow and laggy. I try to upload pictures and it sends me to the login menu. Or just doesn’t upload.

Needs more control from the app
There should be a way in the owners app to be able to view and remove pics if needed. Also to be able to see what the storage capacity is or reached on the frame. There just isn’t any app control at all.
Not working, I’m heartbroken
The screen is black with a little white notice in the middle of it that says cloud photo frame has stopped open the app again. I did that nothing worked. Is this worthless now? Ok, has anyone been able to make their frame work yet? I would give it zero stars if it was possible because it doesn’t work at all. I had a few emails about ways to fix it but lost them because of all the sadness and grieving I have been going through. My daughter passed away in October. This frame woul help. It had a some beautiful pictures o it she had taken and I am heartsick. Seeing my pictures when I walk by my frame would help me so much. Please don’t give up, please fix this now.what is this about, “ACCOUNT CANCELATION”?I don’t care how long I’ve had my frame I want my money back so I can afford another one. I will pray that I can find my daughters pictures again so I can do something. Please have the company contact me App Store!!!

Photo Frame is not working anymore?
Recently I experienced the same problem as my Photo Frame is not working and all the pictures had gone. I tried every means to help, still nothing improved. I deleted the App and installed again, or restarted or reset again. The screen showed nothing, but it is in blue color. Hope someone can help and tell me how to fix it. I love this photo frame very much and this is a birthday gift from my family.

Frame no longer works
Like others have reported here, the frame I bought for my parents stopped working recently (around Oct 2025). I submitted a help ticket weeks ago and haven’t heard anything back. I’m disappointed…my sister and I spent a lot of time gathering photos to add to the frame, and now it looks like we’ll need to start over with a more reliable company’s product.

Stopped working
Seems like this has happened for many people at the same time. My frame recently stopped working a couple weeks ago. Says photo stopped with black screen. Did all the things suggested and still not working. Disappointing.

Love it until it stopped working! Same error CloudPhotoFrame keeps stopping. Does it mean storage is at capacity? 10,000 photos-Not! How do I restore?

Photo Frame Stopped Working
The frame stopped working out of no where the screen is just gray you can’t even do anything with it. Disappointed with this product tremendously!!!

All three frames quit working
I was loving this app and my digital photo frames but they all three quit on the same day. Not sure what to do. I thought I might need an update, but it doesn’t appear that that is the case.
Stopped working
The frame worked perfectly fine for a few years, and now it has stopped functioning randomly without any fixes. I’ve tried resetting the frame, the wifi, unplugging it, etc. it’s extremely frustrating.
Frames stopped working
My mom and I both have frames that have stopped working. Kept unplugging and trying every few days for a week or so. Hoping to at least get a Home Screen to start over if the connection is lost. Nothing but blinking and a message saying “CloudPhotoFrame has stopped” with an open app again which doesn’t work. I see that the last update is “account cancellation”. What?!!! When is this bug going to be resolved? The one star is obligatory-deserves zero unless this gets fixed. When working it was 5 stars.
