No updates - not working on iPhone XR
Really need this information to ero up to date with my school and child’s school but for past 3 months, keeps crashing and doesn’t open at all.
Need a serious update as is used as main messaging system for both schools!

Functionality for school admins needed
This app functions well but is lacking and no updates for over 2 years is concerning. I wonder if this is due to complacency.
As a school admin I would like to post within the app rather than to wait to go on a computer. This is much needed feature. Please add.

Happy with this app, keeps you updated on all the school news. All the info in one place
Worthwhile for now
This is a good app for information sharing.
There is a section for team contact cards, key documents all parents must have, a homepage for as many icons as you want where you can personalise the image.
There is a news section to share regular updates, too. I would suggest having the option to schedule notifications in advance.
I would also like to see more development on insights to know how successful the company investment into this app is.

Poor interface and difficult to navigate
Application appears to be a front end for the main school website. Poorly designed and annoying notifications.
Drives me crazy
This app drives me crazy. I get a pop up notification of a new message from school only to open the app and not see anything. Every time there is a new notification I have to delete and reinstall the app. The software on my phone is up to date so it’s not that. I have sent feedback directly to them, but never get a reply. They then e-mail my school asking if we are interested in using the app! No thanks. 😡

Does not work, cant find nor school name nor letting to enter post code, any search ends up with 0 results
Definitely recommend this app
Very good App for info, news, links to social media, website, etc. It updates my phone‘s calendar automatically. And I find it especially helpful that all important contact details are just there as well as letters to parents.
Good, but year group opt-in needed
Love that the school’s events sync with your phone calendar, but a year-group opt-in that can be easily changed each Sept would make this app a 5-star product.
Having two children at the school currently c50% of event info is of no interest. When our oldest leaves next year that will increase to 75%. At the moment I delete irrelevant appointments out of my phone, but the app still sends reminders for things we don’t need to know about.
Overall it is a great way for parents to keep up with school events and info and I’m sure it has prevented people ringing school to ask about dates as they are so easily available in the app.

Could be better
I like the app for the most part. The idea is great but I don’t need my calendar being full of activities other year groups are doing. Or constant pop up reminders. I want these for the years of my children only so for me, to get this to a 5 star review, would need a setting to allow filtering of year groups for calendars and pop up notifications. Hoping the developer takes note here, I’m sure a lot of people would like this.

Poor Update
Really not impressed with the update.
Strengths prior to update were the icons which have now been changed to look drab and all look similar.
Think it looks far less professional than it did before.

Very bad update
The latest update is terrible. Icons no longer show properly and in calendar everything’s back to front so you have to scroll right to the bottom for the most current item. Very poor update not visually nice to look at and not user friendly.
App doesn't work
Since the update a few days ago this App no longer appears to work - it was fine before the update......
Rubbishy
The app doesn't publish news or information in chronological order, so have to scroll through all the old and irrelevant information every time. Now with the new update I can't even open the information or news pages.
Events not displaying
When I get a notification for an event, I press the banner which takes me to the app.
But then the events page and calendar are blank.

Love it!
Great way to keep up to date with what's happening at my child's school as the updates are sent straight to my phone. The reminders of upcoming events are brilliant as they sync with my personal calendar. 5 stars aren't enough!
Good but needs improvement
Find this really helpful to get info on my local school but needs to show you where the message is within the app rather than opening all pages to find out.

Had it previously and it worked, then early September I got a notification it was back to school then it asked me to update, I did this and now I can't find our school, tried both methods but it's just not there, it's like it's remembered which school I've got registered so not showing it but it's stuck on the find schools near you page, on iPhone

Poor app
No indication as to where the new information is from the school. We are left guessing if it's calendar or information based! Plus notifications are stuck on and won't show as read on the initial icon despite going through the entire schools notes. Other schools have stickers and individual student access and rewards will this be a facility in the future?
