Useless
How did this app even make it to the Apple Store? Fail.
They cannot get it to work
They installed my (expensive) pergola a year ago. They have not been able to get the app that controls it to work. I doubt they will ever be able to. I would not recommend this to anyone.
WIFI Connectivity hardly works
After numerous workarounds using new app, system still does not stay connected to their server. Continuously having to delete device and adding back only to work for a short period of time. They are using 2.4 ghz for WIFI connectivity as do many outdoor devices but their third party developer can’t seem to resolve connectivity issues. Frustrating considering the thousands of dollars spent on a beautiful pergola for an app based system that does not work as designed. Perhaps the Four Seasons product should have been the way to go. Do better for your customers Outdoor Elements.

They’ve updated the app and it seems to be working flawlessly now. The team has been making improvements and it shows!
App is extremely flaky
App is unresponsive and when it does work it crashes constantly. This is on iPhone 17 Pro with iOS26.3. So my end is updated.
