Got a scale and is helping me to lose weight and understand how to.
New home scale
I absolutely love this scale. The fact that it measures your body fat, and bone mass, muscle mass etc on top of your weight. And you can keep track of all those things through the app, is nothing short of amazing. I pleased with my purchase and have definitely recommend this scale . And it is priced GREAT!

Bug
This is a great app and I will update my rating to 5 stars once the bug is fixed. I’m unable to add a profile picture in the app. When tapping Save it just spins forever and eventually goes back to the main dashboard without saving. Please fix
Cant log back in
I opened the app this morning and was logged out of my account. It now wont let me back in and keeps saying that I need to log in again even though it just kicks me out each time!

I love this app, it does what it says and its free!!! No subscription. I love the pink color scale
App needs to be updated
The app needs to be updated. App never registers the weight from the first try, one has to weigh themselves up to 6 times before the app registers it. Also the app does not sync within devices. If you are using the app on an Apple Watch and an iPad one has to weigh themselves with both devices in front of one because app does not transfer info from one device to another.

It’s confusing, and overly complicated to use.
If I’m viewing by month, I should only have information from the last 30 days. I don’t want to see previous months.
I can’t manually add anything other than weight. I want to add my BMI and Body Fat from my physical, but I can’t. So now my numbers aren’t accurate.
I manually add my weight every time I go to the doctors, yet they never show up on the graphs. Which again, doesn’t allow me to have an accurate view of my weight loss/gain and overall numbers. The only time I see them is when I click Compare, which is useless since I can’t manually add in my BMI and Body Fat.
Unless there is a way to manually add numbers, and I haven’t figured it out yet. Idk. The app is barely user friendly and basically needs a massive overhaul with more user control.

An incredible tool
So much information that is important to my weight loss journey. The ease of setting this up is amazing. I will be upgrading this to the 8 very soon and buying each of my kids one of these for their homes too.
Not worth it
It came , I put the batteries in and connected to Bluetooth . It worked one day, now the app is frozen while constantly telling me to connect to Bluetooth while it’s connected to Bluetooth
Not allowing connection
It keeps asking to change permissions settings to allow connection. It is already in allowance to connection but won’t go past that screen. I’ve tried uninstalling the app and redownloading. I’ve tried turning off Bluetooth and back on. Nothing works.
Loving my scale
The information this scale is amazing. Having the detailed knowledge of my body in one step on the scale exceeds my expectations. Now I have the information I need to make informed decisions about my body.

FINALLY A PRODUCT THAT OVERDELIVERED!!!
I am so sick of receiving products I’ve ordered only to find that they don’t perform or work as advertised!!! This was not the case with this scale. It worked as soon as the batteries were installed, the Bluetooth connection was intuitive and seamless (all I had to do was turn it on and connect), and the metrics this thing produces are amazingly extensive. I sent my daughter one! Thank you (but don’t raise the price!).

Amazing
Initially I thought this was just another bathroom scale but no way.. It’s much more! It not only tracks your weight but BMI, water retention percentage & so much more.. Don’t get me started on the app & how it keeps track of your progress! 10’s across the board
Detail and accuracy
The app is great and I can see the trends. I would give 5 stars if there was a way to remove a measurement from my history or to assign it to the correct family member.

I only buy my scale a few days ago and loving it I will recommend to my friends and family
No way to delete
My partner’s weigh in was logged under my profile. So my data is skewed with a single 100+ pound weight gain and loss. There’s no way to delete it within the app. It was also inaccurate on another weigh in. Early morning it logged a weight 2.2 less than a weigh in 2 hours later. There was no food or drink consumed to trigger any weight gain. This is my experience within the first week. I’ve reached out to support to have the weigh in moved under the correct profile but haven’t heard back yet..
