Sound in and out
Camera has always been great, never had the sock I just can’t sleep without hearing my kids room lol… but the sound goes in and out constantly and my wifi connection is good. Updated our wifi because I thought it was the issue and it still proceeds to have the sound in and out constantly. App is up to date as well. Not sure what the issue is. It might be a me issue but my child is on the other side of our house so it’s peace of mind.. thanks :)

Breaks itself constantly
We have to reconnect the sock to our wifi ever other week, sometimes every few days. It's the same network, nothing changes. We don't even move the dock from where it's at. The base just decides to stop working, even with the WiFi light staying green.
Kinda defeats the entire purpose if you can't get alerts or any of the data.

Always something wrong
Seems like every night something goes wrong. Either a chunk of time is unaccounted for, or like today is said he has slept for 23 hours yet has only worn the sock for the last two hours. My son is only a month old and I’m beyond disappointed. 6 years ago I used the old version of the owlet monitor for my other son and never had these issues. HUGE waste of money.

Bluetooth connection on the app
The app or firmware needs to update the Bluetooth functionality as the new sock keeps dropping out randomly

Taking away free choices
I have had the owlet Dream for over 2 years , worked pretty decent could check out my daughter’s temp & humidity levels at anytime . Just recently they made it where you now have to pay $6 per week just to have those amenities back . Unbelievable ! Will be looking else where for a monitor.
Not worth it
For monitoring your baby, you need something reliable. The owlet app is not that, it is glitchy. Sometimes you can hear when your baby is crying, sometimes you can’t. You can’t have more than one account set up on it. It is disgraceful that for this amount of money it wants you to sign up to a subscription. You are better buying something much cheaper on Amazon.

Incredibly glitchy.
This app is terrible. I use the dream sock to track nighttime sleep and the in-app option to track daytime naps, and lately it has been glitching to the point of showing that my baby is still asleep even when the sock is off? The sock cost $300 just to be tied to an app that doesn’t work!
Déconnection wi-fi incessante.
Depuis quelques jours, l’application me déconnecte du Wi-Fi dès que je m’éloigne de la base, notamment quand je vais changer mon bébé dans la salle de bain. Apparemment, vu certains commentaires je ne suis pas la seule.
J’ai contacté le service client par mail avec une capture d’écran, mais je n’ai jamais eu de réponse ce qui explique ma note assez basse pour l’application. C’est dommage car le produit est très bien, mais ce problème devient vraiment pénible au quotidien..

Great Peace of Mind Sock but Slow App, Cannot Simultaneous View Cameras
While the sock provides great peace of mind, we find the camera and the app to be incredibly slow to load, the camera in particular often lagging. Prior to knowing you cannot simultaneously view the cameras, we bought a second camera as we are expecting a second baby. It was very disappointing to learn this is not a feature considering how expensive Owlet is. I don’t recommend the camera, although the sock has given us peace of mind.

Connectivity issues
On more than one occasion this monitoring system has totally glitched out, didn’t alert me or my husband’s phone app that our baby was crying in the other room. This thing is really unreliable.

I love the owlet sock — as a first time mom, this gives me a peace of mind at night.
Soft catastrophique
La chaussette est hyper bien pensée, facile à installer, détecte bien mais le soft c’est une catastrophe : la notification sur l’app fonctionne une fois sur trois et une fois à l’intérieur plus moyen de couper l’alarme …. et pour finir pourquoi la chaussette ne transmet pas le température ?
Mediocre connection these days
This app used to be fine but now it never stays connected. Every time I’m not home it always says my monitor camera is offline and won’t connect. Also it’s supposed to connect up to 5 devices and from the day we got it never connected more than just my phone. When my partner would connect his it would kick me off and if I wanted to be connected I would have to go through the whole connection process all over. I updated the app and unplugged and restarted the monitor recently which seemed to fix the issue I had with the app saying the camera was offline for almost two weeks straight. But now that I’m at work. Again it says the camera is offline. I am however still receiving notifications of noise and movements. So idk how owlet can fix their app and their connection issues but it would be great to not have to jump ship and throw the monitor out.

doesn’t work
I have had registration failed x5. I finally got it to say registration complete and then it keeps glitching when it tries to do updates/reboot. I do not have a tab to see my camera. I have turned it off, reset it, re-paired it and still not camera on my app. I cannot find anyone to help me and I am very frustrated with how expensive this is. Do not recommend

This app sucks - constantly goes out of connection at least once a day
This camera disconnects from wifi at least once daily making it impossible to check on the baby through the camera, will not be recommending any of their products to friends. I will actually be telling people to avoid all owlet products with the amount of headaches this has created. Went to a traditional Bluetooth camera and guess what 0 issues. Big waste of $

Owlet socks are the worst
I hate owlet socks
I’ve cursed them almost daily for 6 months
If my wife didn’t think they helped her relax
I would’ve thrown them out months ago
Worse part is we had twins born early so we have spend 600$ of this terrible product
1. Zero range
2. Holding your carrying baby will make the sock disconnect
3. No way to easily mute alarms
If you have to take the baby in the other room
