Need iPad app
This product is amazing the app less so. I’m pleased the constantly buffering camera when opening the app has gotten better. Still needs some improvement though. And for a product that advertises your device being the monitor and not selling a standalone. Can we get an iPad app? It’s perfect size to have as a sitting monitor while being able to use my phone.

Sucks
Constantly disconnects, waste of time and money
Not reliable
I don’t know what they’ve done with the software but our dream sock is disconnected every night and then going off after “losing connection with sock” then proceeds to go off and wake the baby. We’ve stopped using it. Think before buying this. More problems than it’s worth.
I’m obsessed
I freaking love the owlet. Idk how I would have gotten through postpartum without it. We have used it every single night since baby was born for 7 months with minimal issue. Thank god for this device
Fix the bugs
From February all the way up til about a month ago, the Owlet was working perfectly. Now, the app SUCKS. Glitches NONSTOP, the updates say they fixed the bugs but in my opinion it just made things worse. I don’t understand how the Owlet went from perfect connection to ALWAYS disconnecting now. Please fix asap.

PiP not working
The Picture in Picture feature has not been working correctly the last couple of weeks. Whenever I do PiP the streaming freezes. I have to force close the app a couple of times to get it to work properly.
Terrible ongoing connection issues
This app is always either buffering or saying the camera is no longer connected. Never works when you need it.
Keeps getting worse
Bugs definitely NOT fixed.
Camera does not work
In short 3 problems.
1. cameras don’t connect to phone.
2. Can’t have two cameras for one child.
3. Can’t share the camera with wife (only one person per account and camera)

We have bought three of these cameras by now. None of them work properly.
All of them have issue connecting to the the app. This is so annoying when you either need to look or want to go to bed and turn the camera on.
It happens on all our phones.
Also can’t use several cameras with one child.

Camera won’t stay connected to WiFi
I have fiber internet with ATT none of my devices go off line but regularly at least a few times a week the owlet camera goes offline some time in the middle of the night and sometimes during the day very disappointed with this product won’t recommend plus if the wifi does go out you can use it look for Bluetooth options so you have better feed notifications system sucks as well picks up a noise machine as cry’s all night long.

Stress you out even more!!!
This is suppose to be ”HELP” you it stress you out even more!!!! Trying to connect it to the WiFi! And once you connect it it disconnects the next day!😡😡
Does the job but..
I wish you could pick how long you’d like to snooze for. My little one wakes up and I’d still like to see the stats but not turn off monitoring and hate having to hit snooze multiple times.
Also wish there was a watch app. So I didn’t have to always bring my phone or forget it downstairs in to hit snooze.

App with no notification settings for the sock
The app do not let you modify the sound or type of alerts you receive in phone and station for the sock, this is too noisy for non critical alerts and make me want to stop using it

there costumer service absolutely sucks The dude is literally the rudest person ever. we bought the sock and camera. The sock never worked from day one brushed it off didn’t use it now. The camera doesn’t work hardly a year later they said there’s nothing they can do about it personally I think if you’re producing garbage products and cheap products where they just stopped working then you should probably be ready to help out your customers we spent $445 on stuff that is supposed to help my son stay safe that are absolute garbage a waste of money we bought this brand of thinking that it was a good high-quality absolutely is not now my son has gone almost a month without a baby monitor with absolutely no way for us to check when he’s sleeping at night making us have to bring him in our room and throwing off his entire sleep schedule I cannot stress enough. Do not buy these garbage products.

Just get it
It really is a game changer for my mental health while I’m dealing with postpartum I would not be able to get to sleep that I do. I bought this when my baby was three days old because when I got back from the hospital, I could not sleep. I kept thinking my baby would stop breath. Every night I checked my app and it tells me his stats it has went off numerous times whenever there is a misplacement issue so I know it’s working. I honestly couldn’t live without it.

Buggy and broken
Needs fixed. Only one camera ever loads. Even the most recent update didn’t fix issues. There have been three updates and nothing is fixed. Now neither of my cameras work.

Works, but too many base station connectivity issues. The base is right at the foot of our bed and it plays a loud "CONNECTION ISSUE" sound that wakes the baby.

Amazing!!!!
They have a lot of great features. Like the socks base has a mode for when the power goes out that keeps the sock monitoring. It has really given us so much relief while sleeping or eating.

Even if I quickly click out and go back in. It just spins and spins and spins. Have to force close the app and reopen.
Super easy and convenient
Super simple to use and I love that I can view the camera from my phone and even talk through it with the click of a button rather than carrying a monitor around everywhere with me
