Good product but the app is SO glitchy
The sock itself is great and I recommend it to everyone, but this app is SO glitchy. It often doesn’t load and it needs to be opened and closed several times to get it working properly. This seems to be worse since the most recent update. It’s also incredibly difficult to navigate setting the device up to wifi for the first time.

Camera was just hacked.
I LOVE the sock. It gives me so much peace of mind. It’s the only reason I sleep at night. Well tonight, I am sleeping with the camera on my phone as a baby monitor as I do every night, I woke up to a noise coming through the camera and assumed my son had dropped his only and probably just needed it back. I walked up to the door of his bedroom when I heard an unfamiliar female voice speaking to him. This was the scariest thing ever. I immediately ran in there, unplugged it, and now I have a non WiFi camera on the way. I wish there were more security features to prevent something this dangerous from happening.

Good sock, bad video monitor, buggy app
The Owlet video monitor is incredibly buggy. Good when it works but constantly loses sound and video. Sometimes shows me still old images instead of a live camera. I have to close and reopen the app constantly to get video and audio. The sock is great but the camera is buggy and unreliable.
Overnight summary doesn't work
We have been using the sock for 6 months, however the last month the overnight summary doesn't work. Every morning we get the same message saying 'we are still gathering data from this current session'. The summary never finalizes. Considering we pay for the insights and they don't work, find it hard to understand what we are paying for ....

Driving me insane
Loses connection every five minutes and never stops beeping. On top of that the sock started giving my baby blisters every single time we used it. Horrible app and not worth your money.
I wish i liked this app better
I really like the quality of the camera but I am repeatedly annoyed at how the app loses contact. Over and over again. I have WiFi and it works well and yet the app cuts out. And has trouble reloading. It’s very annoying

The camera and sock give me such peace of mind when my baby I sleeping! Being able to have it all right here on my phone is very helpful for getting stuff done while she naps or easy access when I am also trying to sleep! I do have to fix the sock placement often but it’s worth it!
App is awful sock is great
A rock could have developed a better app. Glitchy. Doesn’t always show accurate readings or wake ups. For the price of the sock and camera app should be better.
Inconsistent and unreliable
The sock frequently alarms for inaccurate readings, frequently reads as my child is sleeping while she is up and moving, and frequently disconnects from WiFi with little to no ability to reconnect on multiple different networks. When the app gives you an option to submit feedback, it conveniently is unable to submit my poor rating. I felt strongly enough about it to come to the App Store to review. For a piece of equipment that is this expensive, I’m frequently frustrated and disappointed.

Never truly works when I need it to
Picture this, as soon as you get baby down, after multiple tries, then, you open the owlet app. It reads "Owlet Cam Offline". Then it tells you to reset the camera, which requires you to reach over baby for 4 loud, annoying beeps. You attempt to restart wifi. No dice. You got to "customer care" which are just long articles, diverting you from speaking to any real human being. Do I reset the camera? Not successfully. I don't want to wake baby, and I end up needing to spend nap time in the nursery just clicking through support articles and figuring out what I need to do. Then, baby wakes up, and I don't have any more time to deal with it. I'm writing this review because this has happened to me 7/10 times, and its been irritating enough to make me regret putting this Big Brother device in my baby's nursery. This exhausted mom at nap time gives this experience a true 0/5 stars.

Always have had issues connecting to camera
Have had this for a year. Always having to reset the app multiple times just to view the camera. Extremely annoying. Fix your app to actually work please.
Sock is great, camera is not
As above, the sock is great. But the camera is very unreliable, doesn’t connect very well even with great WiFi.
Terrible
was good at first now it goes off and says not connected to base station, turns on when its in base station, wakes baby up cuz it thinks it’s disconnected from her foot when it’s properly secured like jesus christ all these updates and still the same issues.I’ll be switching to something else soon enough that doesn’t scream every time it’s not

Owlet dream sock app
This app is easy to use, informative, and makes it simple to keep track of everything. Knowing I can check in and see how things are going helps me relax and sleep easier. It’s been such a great addition to our nighttime routine, and I definitely recommend it to other parents looking for a little extra reassurance!

Fickle & NOISY connection issues
Flip a coin for whether this thing will loose connection randomly. When it does, it will wake your baby up by blasting every device nearby with red alert warnings. Or if you want to check on the camera, it will take 20 seconds to connect. And no ability to rewind either. Save your money and your sanity.

Camera keeps disconnecting
The camera feature keeps spinning and doesn’t load video this happens way too often frequently for it to be an effective monitor

For the price of the owlet dream. More features need to be available Temperature, blood pressure. I do like it for the safety of my daughter.
