Frequent crashes

The app is flakey at best. My iPhone operating system is up to date. The app freezes and/or crashes frequently. Ex: switching screens in menu will shut it down 7 out of 10 times. There was an update several weeks ago, but no change in function. Very frustrating when trying to do simple tasks like view the calendar. I appreciate the simplicity of the app. If you have a simple app, then the function should be perfect. This app is not even close to perfect. Poor at best. Our property managers have recommended this app. I’ve recommended they switch to another property app.

This app is trash

The Vacasa app was 10x better. This app has none of the features or functionality. No inspection photos. No dynamic price analyzer. No in app support. Instead of charging you more vuestay keeps your same contract terms but offers you less in return.

Horrible App Likely to find another mgmt company over this.

Vacasa was purchased by Vuestay a few months ago. The Vacasa app was unbelievably better than this garbage. For how big this company is and for the 15% mgmt fee I might as well just find a local company without an app that’s how bad this app is. Get your stuff together for the thousands of $ your customers pay you weekly/daily you would think you could manage an app that’s can probably be made with AI now over a weekend. If I could give it zero stars I would.

First app review and not for good reasons

I do believe this is the first time I’ve reviewed an nap. We recently moved over our property management to use Guesty.

I can get logged in, but as soon as I click on something else, and immediately logs me out. Unusable.

Toss and start over

I hope that the developers used 5th graders to create this app in exchange for a large donation. No way professional developers did this.

WORST APP EVER!!!!!!

I’d give it zero if I could. Minimal effort could fix most of the issues.

Surprisingly terrible

I’ve never been moved to leave a review of an app, but this one is just a mess. The management is supposed to make renting easier but this app is an impediment. As others have noted, even logging in is a nightmare, but then features that are supposed to be available (like rental calendar!) do not appear, and customer support appears to be limited to a few unhelpful articles rather than any humans.

I downloaded it to manage a modest rental and if there’s no change, I will most certainly drop the rental company.

Need better app for owners

App contains very little information for owners. It should show income per booking and per month. Should also contain area to submit and track maintenance requests.

Really?

What reason is there to use this app instead of just logging into the website?

It does not remember my portal. It does not remember my username or password.

This is ridiculous

Terrible app! Can’t Login

This is a terrible app for property owners. Just look at the ratings. I’ve been trying to login for days and it keeps saying password failed. When I try to reset it, it never sends a reset email. If I do the reset online, I get the email and able to reset it and able to access my account, but then when I try to use the app, it again says password failed. There is no support for the app. Why my management company even uses them is beyond me.

Poorly done

Clunky and this seems like it’s 20 years behind what is out there
