Exceptional resource

I’ve had this app since shortly after it came out, and it keeps getting better. It’s the mindfulness resource you need if you’re looking to support your mental health with science-backed techniques. There’s a “free” section, you can join live meditations, there’s background info.., it’s a great tool.

Won’t accept update

I clicked update in the App Store but, every time I open the app, it hasn’t moved on. I only have the options of update or close. So, I thought it looked good but it stopped working before I could use it! 😂

Password problems

Despite two attempts, carefully meeting the rules, my proposed password was not accepted.
