Unreliable

Unfortunately this app uses Bluetooth to connect to the scale and it’s very unreliable. I have been in contact with their support team, who were helpful in the beginning, and have tried all their suggestions to get the app and the scale to connect for a full body scan. I responded on Monday to an email, and support has ghosted me since. It is now Thursday and I’ve had no indication that the company will get back to me. I’d avoid this device and app until they can provide a working system to all its users.
When it works, it’s great. Provides tracking on a number of stats. Unfortunately since the app can’t connect reliably, it’s useless.

Data Log

Love the Program and meter. But when the blue tooth synchronize's it creates a duplicate of entries. Ever time. Four and five of the same reading. Other than that I love it keep up the good work.

Too many errors

I’ve been happy with the scale until it kept getting errors. It was very frustrating to not get readings. It seems to be better now but not happy with the overall quality.

Limited plotting options

Only 6 metrics can be seen over time with the Scale MD Pro, all other metrics can only be seen one at a time by clicking individual measurements. I’d like to be able to see muscle mass over time along with the segmental analysis metrics over time.

Second scale still not working

Received replacement scale and have attempted to set up again with same issues. First scale was not holding a charge. Appears this one is having the same issues. Don’t think I want to try a third scale.

Torn

I very much love the device when it works . However, I am having continual problems sonce day 1 - and now many months in getting my Oxline to stay connected to my phone and report my details. I reset constantly when needed. The scale will run through the entire process and when it gets to the end, promptly say that the data was not recorded.
Sometimes I’ll do it five times in a row…. And every once in a while it actually does work. I’ve got an iPhone 15 and am fairly tech savvy, so I don’t think it’s user error.

Great app to track blood pressure

This is a great app that is easy to use. It could be even better if it could download readings that were taken from the machine when the phone wasn’t present.

Worthless

Doesn’t work

Dependable

Dependable and easy to use.

Expensive & Unreliable

The app fails to reliable measure anything. The scale and app stopped working and I can’t get a customer service response. Overpriced paperweight and app combo

Haven’t even used yet.

I have yet to even use the app and it’s already requesting a review. So at this point one star.

Useless

It’s hard to get it to start and complete. You must have the app on for it to attempt to function. Does not complete scan on first attempt. Does not allow for multiple users. It’s better to buy on Amazon one for 69.00 and functions better than this piece of garbage. I past the 30 days window due to working 12 hours shifts. Stay away from, there are better options out there. I regret not buying it’s competitors

Okay. Poor App

Good luck getting an actual reading from your scale. Almost could never get it to get full body measurements usually says failed.

Not worth it

Bought this scale after review. Got it, the scale part is actually ok but the scan part only works about half the time. It disconnects halfway through the scan and customer service isn’t great. . Wouldn’t recommend unless you just want a $200 nice looking regular scale.

Problem with device

Several weeks ago I lost my information due to some problem with the app locking up. Now I’m having a problem with it. Just trying to get the correct blood pressure. I take a blood pressure medication. First it tells me I have this very low blood pressure which doesn’t make sense. Now it’s telling me that my blood pressure is 130/82. This is absurd. I’d be having a heart attack. What is wrong with this device or the app or whatever the problem is I know my blood pressure does not go up and down and up and down like that it’s impossible. If I knew that this device was going to give me so many problems I would not have bothered getting it. The app is up-to-date and the device has brand new batteries. Even if I plug it in, it’s doing the same thing.

Hit or miss

The scale doesn’t provide all measurements on every weigh in.
Some times just weight

I try it almost every day

If it connects to censor

Good hardware bad software

When the BF reading fails (often), it records 0% BF to Apple Health. If someone else in the family uses my scale, it records the wrong weight to Apple Health.

Scans maybe once a month

Rarely scans. Unreliable. Customer service was no help and complained within a month of receiving item

Poor Product

Scale does not work but a third of the time. Even then the weight is all over the place - gaining 4-5lbs in a day, when my other scale begs to differ. I’ve sent 4 e-mails to your company, but have heard nothing back. So you have poor customer service to go along with your subpar product.
