Not easy to enroll
Giving me a hard time when I put in the address for my provider
Very difficult to navigate
Spent about a hour or more and all I succeeded in doing is writing my name, address and phone number and pick a plan which the system forced me to unpicked.
Online healthcare plan change
Thank you Pa for the opportunity to change my healthcare provider. My original plan (Hi mrk wholecare) was satisfactory at beginning however issues with painful dental issues were denied! It was, not life threatening’ so denied, after not responding to my dentist 1st request.
Lowry search process
Wouldn’t find my provider with the medical plan I selected. The doctor I chose excepts the plan I chose. Information confirmed by her practice.

Simply Spectacular
I had so much fun enrolling in my new health plan that I called my friends and told them about how easy it is using this app.
Not easy
Not very easy to use I could not find my Doctor.
Typos
I noticed a few typing errors -three in total,

Very easy
I downloaded this app so I would be able to do this without speaking to someone. It’s not that I personally don’t want to, it’s because more than half the time whoever I speak with doesn’t do their job correctly and I end up having to run around with my head cut off so my insurance doesn’t get cancelled and I have to re-enroll in the office, sitting there for hours. I’ve had to do that a couple times so this absolutely makes it a thousand times better. Thank you.

I dreaded changing plans, thinking it would mean a ton of paper work! But a few clicks and it's done! Great job on the app!
