PAC 14 programming includes: Public Access: Programs created by City and County residents who use the channel as a platform to share ideas, creativity, and community voices. Educational Access: Programs produced by, or at the request of, educational institutions and organizations, designed to educate and inform the citizens of Wicomico County. Government Access: Programs created by, or at the request of, City and County government, providing information and coverage for the benefit of all Wicomico County residents.
