Misleading Calls & CIBIL Impact by Paisabazaar Executives
Very disappointing experience with Paisabazaar application and customer support executives. Their agents continuously call and force customers to check loan eligibility only for completing their targets. Because of these repeated eligibility checks multiple inquiries get recorded in CIBIL reports which negatively impacts customers CIBIL scores and financial records.
Many customers do not understand that every unnecessary inquiry affects their credit profile. Executives give false confidence and pressure users to apply again and again without properly informing about the consequences on CIBIL.
This is not acceptable customer service. People trust financial platforms with their personal and financial details but instead customers are facing unnecessary CIBIL impacts, stress, and loss of credibility in loan records.
I want to alert everyone especially new users please be careful before applying through Paisabazaar or sharing OTP/details with their executives. Do not repeatedly check eligibility just because their agents are forcing or convincing you.

Promised 4 Bureau Scores, Delivered Incomplete Service
I purchased the ₹99 plan from PaisaBazaar because it clearly promised access to credit scores from all four credit bureaus. However, even after payment, the CIBIL score is not showing at all.
This is misleading and disappointing. Customers should receive exactly what is promised at the time of purchase. I also did not receive a clear or satisfactory response from customer support.
If the full service cannot be provided, then a refund should be issued immediately. Please stop misleading customers with incomplete services.

Useless app and worst customer support
I have downloaded this app to check my Credit Score. After that they started calling in the name of pre approved personal loan offers. They used to call multiple times a day, in spite of denying the offer. Oneday I need some urgent fund and I thought of accepting their offer and that was my biggest mistake. Their customer care is worst and they made three civil enquiries and all three cases were rejected.

Fake Offers - Worst customer service
They call 100 times a day saying that you are prequalified for credit cards and reject the application without any communication. This decreases our credit score and affects our portfolio. Worst service staffs.. just saying some fancy words and not at all professionals. They want to earn commissions from us and not at all bothered to solve customers problems. Please don’t fall for their traps.

I applied for this credit card ONLY because customer care clearly assured me that I would get the cashback benefits once the card was activated and used. I followed every single instruction they gave — activated the card, made the required transactions, and even waited beyond the promised time.
But guess what? NO cashback.
This is nothing but false promises and misleading information from customer care. If you can’t honor what your own team commits, then why even advertise these offers? It’s extremely frustrating, unprofessional, and honestly feels like a scam to get people to sign up.
I have wasted my time, trust, and money because of this nonsense. Fix your system, train your support team properly, and stop misleading customers. Until then, I wouldn’t recommend this app to apply for any credit card or loan with it or this app to anyone.

Too many spam calls
Please don’t install this app .. if u install atleast don’t register .. they will call you too many spam calls .. if after selecting I don’t have internet intrest in ur loan still i am getting calls .. then i called their consumer support and made my number as dnd still I am getting spam calls !!!!! Its too unbearable now .. thinking or rising a complaint on sanchar sathi or other gov portal to mitigate this issue

Fake Pre-Approved Offers That Hurt Credit Score
PaisaBazaar shows pre-approved credit card offers based on my CIBIL score, but when their rep helps me apply, it gets rejected. This affects my CIBIL score due to hard inquiries, despite me maintaining it for a long time. These so-called pre-approved offers are misleading and harm genuine users. Either make the approval criteria clear or stop showing fake pre-approvals that damage credit scores unnecessarily.

Issues to be resolved
Before I loved the app and the features they provided. But now the main issue is whenever I tried to open the step up card dashboard it’s not opening and redirected to same main page dashboard. I think developers need to fix this issue. It seems to be normal issue but it’s so irritating to the customers. If they fixed the issues I will update my review and rating

Step up card & FD not shown
Many times i did mail to customer care also call but they didn’t even know how to resolve they said will resolve in 10-15 days . I missed my repayment date now they charged on repay almost 1100/- its principal amount and charges 6100/- now amount is 7100/- and they uts legal charges but didn’t reply on app issues still didn’t get my FD details. What can i do ???

Worst app and service.
This is worst app and not recommended for any users. It’s a tool to collect your data and pass to different NBFCs. After that you’ll start receiving tons of calls for no reason. Some of them will use your data to submit an enquiry without your authorization. Any pre approved limit you see is false. Submit any confidential information at your own risk,

App Performance, very worst
Deducted an Star for the Step Up Card Dashboard Bug or error. Every time I click to access Step Up dashboard it asks for the password or face lock, if enabled. After that, for 98% of times, the app enters into the "please wait" semi transparent window in front of the dashboard, making the dashboard completely un-accessible. 50% of the time after restarting the phone, the dashboard can be accessed just once! If you try to re access the dashboard, the same "please wait" loading screen hangs the entire app.
Deducted another Star for the incorrect or not at all updated Credit Score display from all the provided sources. I know, because I check my score from various apps and directly from CIBIL. PaisaBazaar's credit display was the most irrelevant from competitive apps.
I know these can be fixed by the developers. I would love to change the review and rating if its fixed in no time, at least the Step Up card bug need to resolve immediately for the cardholders safety reasons.

WORST APP
This app has a lot of bugs. I couldn’t able to access my step up credit card. When I opened the app there isn’t any option for step up credit card. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the app again but same issue persist. When i tried to check my credit score the page remains blank. Very bad service for iOS devices.

Regarding unlimited calll
I really recommend that don’t download the app because paisa bazar is sharing our personal data to different different banking sectors and they are rigorously calling in a day like i am getting call on daily basis almost 40-50 call every day and they are saying we have your data like Pan-card and everything this is literally ridiculous.

Scam in IndusInd Credit Card
Used the app and was told I was pre approved for an Indus ind legend something credit card. Got multiple
Calls from people at paisa bazaar who told me their employee number. They sent me a link where I had to verify my pan and Aadhar card with someone online who was also kind enough to give me official details and employee id.
Got yet another call from someone claiming to be at Indus ind congratulating me on getting the card approved answering questions.
THE VERY NEXT DAY started getting weird calls from people who didn’t want to identify themselves and wanted my birthdate and all kinds of personal information. When o asked for their employee numbers they’d hang up or better yet CURSE at me.
Be careful with this app, they may not be run by scammers but they are surrounded by them. I wouldn’t try and apply for any financial services through them.

Forced sellers
They will fetch your scores, and will msg with pre-approved offers. Till this it looks good but things start to get worse from here. They will keep on tele-calling for the same. Even if you say that u don’t want they will keep on calling you. They will keep calling you again and again until you say yes to them to get rid of these calls. Cherry on the cake is their tele-callers who are always rude even though they operate in service industry which demands polite frontline staff. They try to force feed you with insurance on loan and are surviving on the hefty cut recieved from loan companies in name of processing fee and interest rate differential. I would recommend not to download this. If you want to check your credit history better to get it done directly from CIBIL instead of these middlemans.

Stole my money
I used this aap and created FD off 2k with credit card, i closed my credit card bill and closed my FD too and want my 2k in my account they told me within 7-10 working days money will credit but how it has been passed over month now. i wrote to them thn they created another fd of that amount without asking me i dont need any fd and still that fd didn’t show in my accounts and after that i have wrote to them about my concern couple of times but they didn’t answer and messges from thier partner bank countinously coming pay your your pending bill i dont kbow which bill they are talking about i didn’t use thier card and closed my account month ago even more then a month.

They sell your information and phone number to banks
As soon as you login with number and brows for any credit card or loan, you’ll get flooded with the calls with all banks existing asking for requirements of loan and credit card
Even if you deny different people from same bank would keep on calling multiple times on same day
