Guys I beg you in the name of God if you love your sanity. Please stay away from the flexi loan app on palmpay. They are completely a bunch of low life and insane mad customer service. Immediately your loan is due they will be send you a life threatening calls and messages ( I can't upload proof here I could have). They rain curses on you and you family. Palmpay do better. I know you will deny this if someone call u, that's why you use anonymous means to reach your loan defaulter. Opay easi loan is better. Am angry and no one we can report to.

Bad customer service

Okay I borrowed a certain amount of money from this useless bank and it was due just yesterday and coz I made a mistake while I was processing the loan .. coz normally I usually pay by month end but my loan just expired yesterday and this girl called me this morning to curse me .. I’m never using this bank ever again
