Guys I beg you in the name of God if you love your sanity. Please stay away from the flexi loan app on palmpay. They are completely a bunch of low life and insane mad customer service. Immediately your loan is due they will be send you a life threatening calls and messages ( I can't upload proof here I could have). They rain curses on you and you family. Palmpay do better. I know you will deny this if someone call u, that's why you use anonymous means to reach your loan defaulter. Opay easi loan is better. Am angry and no one we can report to.

Okay I borrowed a certain amount of money from this useless bank and it was due just yesterday and coz I made a mistake while I was processing the loan .. coz normally I usually pay by month end but my loan just expired yesterday and this girl called me this morning to curse me .. I’m definitely switching permanently to OPay cause palmpay is aweful imagine charging 500 per month and charging 50 for every transfer made to another bank account.OPay allows three free transfer to other banks and never charge 500 per month

I have had a very frustrating experience with PalmPay. They have been auto-debiting my account for insurance subscriptions that I did not use, and even after multiple requests, they refuse to stop the deductions. I also requested to close my account, but they keep redirecting me and giving excuses. Customer support is unhelpful and keeps passing you around.
I have tried everything, including screenshots of all deductions and formal messages, but the issue has not been resolved. I would caution anyone to be careful with recurring subscriptions and auto-debits on this app

I bought a gift card from this platform my money and the gift card was collected the gift card do not work. I contact the customer service. They told me to wait for one or two business days and yet I do not see any result. This platform is a scam Over $10. Was collected they did not refund back my money they do not fix the issue. The platform is telling me that the gift card has been blocked. You people are scam. refund back my money.

I've subscribed to Showmax using different payment methods (Palmpay and airtime) for the same subscription. The transactions were:
- 6500 via Palmpay (initially showed as processing, but I was in a hurry, can’t wait I had to do 4500 via airtime for Entertainment All Device and 3500 via airtime for EPL Device Only
- tho the PalmPay showing processing is now successful but have Already made the subscription through airtime
I'd like to request a refund for the payment Please assist with resolving this issue.
