Unable to login to the app

I am trying to login using a US phone number and I get an error message "We may be experiencing a technical issue..." I don't receive the code to login

Never have the available car!

As title

terrible app

great idea in hindsight, but
incredibly buggy app I always have to close the app and reopen and close the app and reopen in order to book a ride. the estimated time of arrival is always inaccurate because the driver always goes to pick up other people. for example I wanted to get to work one day at 2:30 and the estimated time of arrival said 2:15, but I did not get to work until 2:45 (for what was supposed to be a 15 minute drive at MOST!) because the driver picked up so many people, and dropped them off FIRST! I don’t care that rides are cheap, I don’t care how many free rides they give out. it’s ridiculous that it’s so inaccurate and you do not know when you’re gonna get to your destination and a buggy app doesn’t help.

Great Idea, Worst App

It needs so much work on the development part:

Even though the idea is great and super useful to find a ride in the most affordable way in PA, the app is super slow or freeze almost all the time- I have to quit and reopen the app again and again (and again) just to be able to book one ride.

Also, after the payment method I use failed one time due to a credit card issue (although later I updated it and it should be working) they didn’t process it for so many days that resulted in not being able to use the app at all.

Great for seniors

Excellent service all around

App Freezes and Often Needs to Be Reset

When I open the app and select one function, when I want to move to another function, it freezes and does nothing.

Weird solution to public transit

This service is better than nothing but the inconvenience of using it due to extreme wait times along with long drive times makes me wonder why this is seen as a better solution than just adding more buses and more routes

Add 15 Minutes Extra—If Doing a Transit Transfer

You can’t rely on the estimation final destination.

So that you do not miss your train or bus, you better allocate an extra 15 minutes from what’s posted on the app for time to final destination.

For too many notifications

They keep nagging me to take a ride, even when I am outside the pickup zone. I’ll take a ride when I have a reason to, not when the app tells me to.

Gets you around Palo Alto affordably

The service does what it says it does. Gives you a ride from Palo Alto to anywhere in Palo Alto during daytime hours. The driver was courteous and came within 7 minutes. App is modern and shows driver location when picking up. Note that they do not go door-to-door, but “corner to corner”, so I had to walk to the end of my street to pick up the ride and walk the half block to my final destination. not an issue for me, but may be for people with mobility limitations. cost about half as much as an Uber Wood. The driver said they also serve kids and teens. So this is a good option for kids needing to get across town that carry a smartphone. They also accept cash.

Good for price and that’s it

Constantly misjudged times, the map system is uses takes longer routes than necessary. Have had a driver sit in the parking lot and not drive anywhere. No exaggeration have not made one train in time because of these reasons

No show. Stood me up many times.

Drivers didn’t come after taking tickets. I tried to report and no one picked up. Customer service didn’t call me back. Waste of time and I missed important meetings. 10-20 minutes of my wait time on side walk each time they stood me up.

Great Service - WAYY Cheaper than Uber

What a great service! Way cheaper than commercial rideshare.

Best deal for ride sharing in Palo Alto

Easy and quick. I’ve never waited very long for a ride, and I find it to be reliable. I don’t mind a little walking, for such a reasonable fare. It’s also nice to know I can be picked up when I am ready, as opposed to trying to schedule everything based on a bus schedule.

Pointless if you try integrating with Caltrain

This app is useless if you are commuting via Caltrain. Due to its "integration" feature it automatically plots all routes to include any bus stop within 0.5 miles of your pickup location, regardless of where you're final destination is. It doesn't bother to weigh the amount of time it's going to take you to walk to/from each of these bus stops versus a direct route by one of the actual vehicles picking you up and getting you to your destination directly. For example, I'm trying to catch a ride from the Palo Alto Caltrain to the Stanford Eye Institute on Embarcadero. No matter where I place the pickup location, it keeps trying to reroute me to ride the 280 bus instead of actually picking me up directly. In every instance, the bus doesn't even get you there directly. You'll have to walk an additional 15 minutes after it drops you off. tl;dr: don't bother using this app if you are a commuter

Slow

15 min rides turn into an 45 min to hour long

Out of zone

The app is difficult to use since it will almost randomly decide your pickup location isn’t served, even if it’s shown as being within the zone and it has allowed you to choose that stop before. It won’t recommend a nearby location and instead you have to keep guessing cross streets close to your ideal pickup location until you’re able to find one. It would be much better if it recommended the closest possible pickup location instead of having to blindly guess.

Great service for the city

Have had great experiences thus far. My drivers have been excellent — friendly and safe. The app is super easy to use (it’s intuitive, like Uber or Lyft) and I haven’t experienced any problems using it. Will be highly recommending to my friends and fam.

UI Clunky. Works as intended

Hard to not be grateful for a ride like this. Free rides until April 7th. Had a great ride with a fabulous driver.

Needs extensive work

— Driver didn’t call to check when I literally was behind the car, cancelled the ride (I waited 30 minutes for) and drove away. When I try to get another driver, it just gave me the same one… —The pick up and drop off locations seem random. I set the same pickup location for 3 days and it randomly shifted and caused twice as long walking distance. — No way to know the estimated arrival time beforehand and only to be informed I would miss my train when I was in the car. —Significant delay in driver location update on the app. When it says 3 minutes away, the driver was actually here. —The cars were covered in white and green decals which was confusing when the app said white car— Used this app for three days but never again. Making the ride free doesn’t really help.
