Took away my pampers cash
Absolutely disappointing and false advertisement, i had no problem getting into
my account every day until i saved up enough pampers cash to buy a box of diapers and now it doesn’t wanna let me log back in? oh okay, definitely not slick though. then it’s gonna sit at a loading screen and say my sign in worked but they’re waiting for pampers.com to respond? really? for over half an hour? ridiculous and will not be using this app again bc this is unacceptable behavior.

Why I can’t open it
I guess my 10$ coupon lost cause this app won’t open. The safari. Way claims I don’t have an account. So i guess this was a waste of my time. Only gave one start cause i had too. I’m very disappointed that I wasted my time and energy
App won’t let me log in
I usually love pampers all I buy is them! I love the rewards but for some reason the app is broken and will not log me in even though I can log in on the website. Sadly you can’t enter points on the website so all of these codes I have I can’t enter or get to use my rewards. Hopefully they get this fixed soon or I’m changing brands for both of my kids!

App not working
This app does not work half the time. I would love it if it actually worked.
App sucks.
Maybe if you use Walmart or Amazon but if you use any other retailer it’s a pain in the butt. Also so buggy, how many times have I clicked an option such as “add coupon to wallet” and it’s just a string of code that pops up. Also, for wipes you have to manually enter each individual long code per wipe Packet. For 10cents off each, that $1 is worth my time back with a newborn. QR code for diapers works fine but getting the actual reward limits you two main retailers (no Target) and everything else is a more convoluted.
Gamifying this experience sucks. Just use your retailer coupons or rewards. If you can pair both great but this experience has been pretty lackluster and gonna delete today.

TERRIBLE Update
I don’t know what they’ve done but the app is basically not even functional for me anymore. It wouldn’t load even after constantly force closing and reopening. I tried to delete the app and redownload and now I can’t even log back into my account. What a waste.
Doesn’t let you use the rewards
I have 30 dollars off a pack of pampers by using this app, and low and behold I got to use it? No longer available even tho it says available for a whole two weeks? Don’t bother atp
Don’t work
I’ve used this app for MONTHS, saving up for a $30 coupon. First of all it’s like penny’s per box to save. Second I tried to use it at my Walmarts self checkout and instead I was looking like a fool because they wouldn’t work. Can’t even begin to explain my frustration. Was told by an employee they won’t use them (even though it’s a Walmart reward/payment).

Scam!!!
This app is a scam!! I spent months scanning codes to save up for the $30 off coupon at Walmart. Only to end up being told at the Walmart register that multiple people had not been able to use this app for a while.
QR Scanner Could Be Better
Overall the app works well as a system to earn rewards, but the QR Scanner feature is glitchy and fails to read occasionally.
Unhappy customer
I’m tired of having to scan/enter numerical code for the wipes individually while simultaneously taking care of a baby. Unrealistic
Not Reliable and Poor Return
Not reliable. More than not, the app does not recognize the reward QR code and you have to manually type in. And even then, approximately every other entry it does not add the pack to by account. I’ve been dozens of boxes that were never applied to my rewards (twins). I have emailed Pampers several times, no acknowledgment. Additionally, wipe packs are often not legible to even add to the rewards app. The same scan to app technology should be applied to wipes too. After the headache and troubles to participate in the the rewards, the return is minimal and not attractive compared to other brands. Three kids later, never redeemed, and minimal accrued. Not attractive enough to keep a loyal Pampers customer (esp now that safer options are becoming more available and attractive prices).

Unresolvable login issues
After forgetting my password, I got logged out and I had to contact the customer service. They went back and forth with me about why I couldn’t l og back into the account and asked me to create a new account so they can transfer my rewards from the old account. I created the new account and they tell me I have no rewards in the new one🙄 Of course I don’t, you were supposed to transfer my $30 worth of rewards from my locked account. CS is useless! Don’t forget your login info if you want to use this app. All of this for some coupon for diapers that I earned by buying their diapers, shame on them!

Scanner doesn’t work
It would be a nice concept if it worked. I have multiple packs of diapers and wipes. None of the QR codes were accepted on the diapers and not one code on any of the wipes either.
Unable to use at any store other than Walmart
One pack of diapers is only $1 in rewards. I’ve only been able to use $10 off at Walmart once, and it was an act of congress to get them to work. Took almost a year to save up to use the $30 off but it will not let me redeem it at Walmart. Walgreens is allowed but when you scan it, it says they are invalid… what a scam. Considering it takes so long to get just $10, this is not worth it at all.

Not what it used to be.
Usage of the app was great. It was easy to scan/enter codes for points. But their rewards program isn’t really worth it anymore. I wish they still had their other rewards program to cash in on points for retail/restaurants. Eventually your kid will no longer need diapers so why would you need coupons for that anymore. I wasn’t interested in their other offers so eventually my rewards expired because I never liked the options. It was pretty much a waste for me.
