Would love to be able to use the rewards towards gift cards to Amazon, Target, Walmart, etc.

Unuable app - Missing point and useless customer service.
Extremely disappointed with this app. I scanned multible codes, but this points were never added to my account. When i contacted customer support, they offered zero help to recover my missing points and just repeatedly told me to keep scanning until i reach 10 points. How does that make sense when i couldn’t even redeem points at the 5-point milestone. Total waste of time and terrible support. Do not recommend.

Use google account to log in is a nightmare
I use google account to log in and completed all the verification, then pampers can never respond and failed log in every time!
Milestones pages stopped working
Encountered this app for my firstborn 3 years ago and it’s pretty amazing! Now have a second child and it’s still good! Only bad thing, at the moment, is that the milestones don’t upload when clicking to review them. It continues to have an error.
Love pampers
Love pampers over all other brands. Keeps baby dry and I love the fit.
Redeeming Points
I tried to redeem my $10 and $30 coupons but cannot at stores so they expired and I lost out on those, $70 in total
Amazon codes don’t work
**since whomever responds does read, I have been emailing support for over a week and there has been no update or productive resolution to this issue. Fix it please as the only reason I was purchasing pampers what to ultimately save for a $30 reward that is not working.
Amazon codes are not working. I have been emailing back and forth with customer support since 8/21 about the issue. They reissued the amount due to giving me a bad code. I went through and redid the same process and the new code is not working. I have save for the $30 code and it has been worthless. Customer support told me to use another retailer. Why would I go out of my way to drive over an hour to try a code that probably won’t work there too? I will not waste my time and gas. Customer support is lacking as you might get a response over 24 hours past when you email them. Even if you respond immediately. Why offer a reward for scanning 30 packs and then not follow through. Bait and switch at best

Sometimes the rewards work
Sometimes The rewards work when I scan and sometimes it’ll just keep scanning, but not update the account. I can’t tell you how many times throughout this year. It’s done this too many times to me that I am kind of giving up on rewards with pampers. I don’t know if it’s the app or my account but I’ve lost quite a lot of a rewards. And I know that there is a limit on how many rewards you could put in a day. But I’m still losing rewards on my scans.

Great way too earn something for something I’m already getting
I love earning points toward rewards for diapers which I have to buy anyways! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because you used to be able to use your rewards for things like a Starbucks/ Dunkin’s gift card or other retailers. I do like getting coupons towards diapers but I’ll buy them with or without the coupon. I won’t necessarily spend money on myself to get a coffee so it was a nice choice before.

I was collecting points and they seemed to have vanished. Now I’m starting from scratch.

I highly recommend this app! 10/10 hands down. I love that this app comes with tips outside of the rewards. I’ve learned a lot just reading and exploring different things within this app. I recommend this app to all my friends/family that are having babies because it comes in handy. Thank you to the momma on TikTok for recommending this app.

Years ago when I had my first child, you could get all kinds of gift cards through the Pampers Rewards. Now the best they offer is a Pamper coupon. Not useless but pretty close to it. Before, I could spoil myself. Now all I can do is save a couple dollars on more diapers. Great for them. Just shy of pointless for me.

Glitch?
It won’t let me sign in, it just goes to a verification page and never goes to the sign in page and it started happening right after I finally remembered to scan. So if I can’t even get into my account because it never gets out of the verification page then there is no point in having the app. Does same thing on the website.

Terrible
If I could give this app 0 stars I would! It’s insanely difficult to login. Requires Face ID TWICE (for username and password) and then sends an email to confirm AFTER you’ve already logged in. By the time you verify the email sent the website is unable to verify if you’re a bot or not. The app logs me out after each use. I think they purposely do this to prevent people from scanning the QR codes and gaining access to their existing rewards. No other diaper brand that offers rewards is this difficult. Will be switching to Huggies, thanks!

Redeem codes don’t work
Tried to redeem my rewards at Walmart and neither I or the cashier code get the scan code to work. Tried to use it on the Walmart app per the directions and it also didn’t work there.
