The app is so quick and easy to use and I love how every item has a picture so you know exactly what you’re getting and it’s easy to customize a sandwich if you need something taken off or added

Sip club changes are unfair
As a longtime Sip Club user the new changes are entirely unfair, especially to annual plan holders. Not surprised if this becomes a lawsuit.

I love Panera Bread. The sip club has been a game changer. One issue I have is the fact that the app will say my order is ready to pick-up at the pick-up location, but almost 100% of the time, it’s not.
I wish the app and the store would sync up. Even if that meant it took a little longer.

I only buy food here because of my sip club plan which I just canceled now that it is no longer unlimited. Now I won’t be going here anymore

Staff is always friendly and inviting. They are always attentive as well. One of my favorite Panera spots

breakfast ends at 10:30, got everything in my cart, decided last minute to add a drink, at 10:20 it would no longer let me order and said my choices were unavailable. but if i pull up to the drive through at 10:29, they still have to make my order? dont pmo.
