I’ve deleted and reloaded, and I get this: “We apologize for any inconvenience. Our application is currently unavailable while we conduct essential system maintenance and enhancements.
SO I wait! Meanwhile I cannot order or check my points or anything on the app. UI have to log in on my lap top, which is where I am writing this review! As soon as the app is up and running, I will change my rating!

the mypanera rewards program is so stingy and cheap…you now have to spend more money to get the same rewards as before.
the restaurant will fail because you all lost what made panera great: real and all natural ingredients. panera used to be the place where you didnt have to wonder what chemicals and garbage was in the food…and now even the bread is mass-produced frozen processed trucked across the country bread. failing your customers in this regard. do better.

Lost reward
We have been loyal customers since 2006. We would get together with friends and family at Panera Bread.
BUT, after the latest update, I lost all my history or past orders and favorites. And my previous visits that would have gotten me rewards are gone. I contacted the support, and somebody replied that with the new app I would earn rewards easier. But nothing about my past visits.
NO MORE Panera. We now get together at BIBIBOP. Tastier and less expensive.
