The staff at both Panera Cerrado and Panera Goodyear are well trained on customer service - great job to the staff and managers for creating an atmosphere that is a pleasure to visit.

The trainee was not ready to be left on her own. She overcharged us, didn’t know what to do so she want us to just pay the big difference anyway, then the whip cream canister was empty and she just threw it away and left the drink without it. Won’t be back

APP and Car Play Changed
Ordering through App on Car Play no longer recognizes my sip club membership like it used to. Charges me for iced tea when should be free due my sip club membership. It used to work awesomely on CarPlay.
Great place for meals!
Love this cheerful Panera with a fantastic staff. AJ, Dawn, Ryan, Darwin, Jacob are all great souls. They greet you with a smile and check with you if everything is alright. If you are talking to somebody on the table, they discreetly deliver the meal and disappear! Makes for a pleasant morning every day. Keep it up.

Sip club
I love having the sip club. It is very convenient but I am noticing some items are being deleted from the sip club options. Last year, the strawberry lemonade was included and this your is is a pay item. Some of the other drinks have also been eliminated- such a disappoint. Not having this “ extras” makes me not want to go to Panera’s as often or even potentially not renew my sip club membership.

I’ve been to every Panera Bread within 50 miles and every time I place a Sip club order they make you ask for a cup and stand in line. The Cordova location is the best within 50 miles. Top notch!
