Horrible experience in the app. Won’t let me log in - never received the one-time password via text (I know my number is correct on the account) and even after I reset my password, the app “couldn’t verify my credentials.”
And not the app issue - the service inside the Panera I went to was horrible but I will address that elsewhere.
