Does not work. Cannot send money to family abroad. Tried multiple times to do so using this app and it simply does not work. Do not know why 🤷♂️ but it does not work…

Haces un envío te debutan el dinero y luego te dicen que fue cancelada en envío y que en 7 días hábiles es el reembolso, es decir que en 7 días hábiles ellos trabajan con el dinero de uno y luego es que te lo regresan como si nada si es que lo regresan.

Questionable customer service
If you have issues with a transaction, they don’t offer much help. Reading from a script is their thing. Actual helping you is a whole different matter.
Good at the beginning but then sucks
The first transaction I did was okay but then I started having problems with all of my transactions. All of my transactions kept having issues and I had to call every single time. I ended up cancelling transaction after transaction. Never using this app again

Not worth signing up because they won’t give you the $25 credit they advertise. Their customer service is the worst. They say they’ll reach out with a solution and never do. Just give you the runaround.

No funciona
Intenté enviar una y mil veces un dinero a Colombia. Y siempre me la cancelaba me decían que cambiara el método de pago y lo único que dicen es que llame para que resuelvan y en todas las ocasiones me decía que era por una discrepancia nunca supe qué pasó pero nooo fincionaaa que pérdida de tiempo
