Be careful with subscription

This is one of the few apps that makes you pay a subscription that does not show on your iPhone under subscriptions. I canceled once I figured it out after paying 99c per month for I-don’t-know-how-long

Another wallet app

Requires you fund their stupid wallet in preset increments. Smallest is 15. You might never use their app again to park, and your remaining money is stuck. Maybe you can call and get in back, but what a PITA. Who has time for that. I guess they get to save on card processing costs and keep a lot of users’ money. Shameful and outdated idea. Dumb.

Parking

Great service!!!

Do not use this.

Most of the positive reviews are fake. You have to preload $15 and cannot get back unused funds.

Faulty GPS

I typed in the correct according to the meter and was charged for a long term meter across the street. I canceled immediate and they charged me for the day anyway. Bring change for the meters. Do not use Pango.

Forcing a balance is extremely is scammy.

I don’t appreciate being forced to add a balance, wait 20 days for a refund, and then be charged 5% for said refund. Scammy and a lot of wasted time and energy.

Overcharging

Never use this app if you don’t have choice check your actual account balance they charge over price than showing on the receipt of the app. 0 rating scammers

Bad bad bad

The worse desing ever, to complicated.

Won’t download again

In order to use the app you have to upload money from your card to their wallet with a minimum of $15 even if you only use it one time. Then to get a refund for the rest of the money they charge a 5% deduction fee for any refunds. Thats a waste because you won’t get all of your money back. I won’t be using this app again.

Pre-pay scam?

You now have to pre pay massively higher than what you need to park. I only need to use this app at a few locations. I’m effectively pre-paying for months of parking. I’d rather go back to quarters. Hard currency is faster and easier than this hassle.

Never works!

Consistently signs you out of app & you cannot log back in with your number! Terrible UI

App?

Not really an app. More of a joke because it’s horrible.

Worst parking app ever

Terrible user experience. No QR code support. Takes for ever to enter info. No Apple Pay integration. And the have and active timer instead of picking duration. So if you forget you get charged more. Unforgivable in the AI era

It won't start

I already have the app and update as requested. But when I log in, it keeps asking me to download from store and try again. The app was downloaded from the store. Very frustrated!

Convenient

Convenient

Will Not Connect to University Card

I cannot add my university card on the app or website. I have deleted and reactivated my account, force closed the app, deleted and redownloaded it, and nothing. Would not recommend.

Scam! Con! Fraud!

This app is intentionally poorly designed to get you to overpay and over stay for parking. Mark my words they have a class action lawsuit coming in the future.

Parking

So far it’s been ok.

Loan $15 to Pango to park for a few minutes

Unless you like to loan $15 to an app, avoid Pango at all cost. I didn’t know that once you put $15 into their wallet, basically they get to keep it unless you use it again to park.
