Bad delivery drivers
The app and points are great but papa Gino’s uses DoorDash/uber/grubhub or whoever to do their deliveries and they suck! I’ve had them straight up not deliver my food or bring it to the wrong place multiple times

I’ve been eating Papa Gino’s since I grew up in Maine and Dad’s softball team would go to the one at the Auburn Mall after a game. Now I order food from the local shop for my family. However, they are really annoying with the emails and notifications. I’ve received emails and app notifications THE DAY AFTER we ordered. You know what we’re having for dinner the day after we get Papa Gino’s? It’s DEFINITELY NOT MORE PAPA GINO’S! Maybe if they had waited a week or so, the offer wouldn’t seem so ridiculous. I don’t care if it’s 10% or 20% or even 50% off, I’m not ordering Papa Gino’s for two days in a row!
There’s no way to turn off notifications in the app that I could find, so I went ahead and disabled notifications in my iPhone settings instead. They lost the privilege.

Hardest worker. George also. They both really care about their customers and it shows. I will drive an extra 45 minutes to go to the Falmouth Papa Ginos just because of George and Keisha. I can’t say enough good things about them. And honestly, if I was there employer, I would be so proud to have them working for me. Deserve a raise people like that are very hard to find and when you do, you must appreciate them. And I appreciate them very much.

Rewards
Since when are we not able to use our reward dollars with a coupon? It’s already overpriced now I can’t use my reward dollars because I used a coupon code. This will be the absolute LAST time I order from this chain.

If I use a coupon, which brings the price within the realm of reality, I can’t use reward dollars that are earned on every purchase. Domino’s allows both, as does pretty much every company outside of PG and BK. Seems designed to force them to expire since no one in their right mind orders from PG without a coupon.

So difficult to place an order
Spent 20 minutes trying to order and keeps not going though because of an error code signature is not valid for this request. What does that even mean? Literally tried processing the order about 10 times on the app and the website.

my only complaint is that they should put more steak in the steak and cheese pocket…. They’ve been very skimpy lately and for the price I won’t return until I see more meat!
