This app is total rubbish

Takes forever to connect so you can turn the alarm on or off, most of the time it doesn’t connect at all. It is a complete OUTRAGE you actually have to pay a subscription to use this rubbish. Unfortunately I have no choice with our paradox alarm system but am absolutely fed up with this and it NEVER gets resolved. I am seriously considering ditching our Paradox alarm altogether.

Dear customer, Sorry for the inconvenience. Tapping on the renew button should fix the connection in a few minutes. We have released new firmware for IP150/+ and PCS265V8, which connects to the new, fast, and reliable MQTT server. Please contact your system installer for firmware upgrades. Blue eye 2.5.1 shows alerts when setting and unsetting alarm.
Can’t connect to the Swan server to see sensors or set/unset alarm.
Blue eye won’t accept the 4-pin code that works on the panels.
