Has so much potential
At work for 14 days now it’s not even working properly. Waste of money, and I paid for the premium.
Overwhelming
I downloaded, answered the questions and then wasn’t clear on where to go. I also answered a question that said I “almost every day” struggle to concentrate on reading, listening etc. only to be directed to a library of content which was overwhelming. Feel bad giving an average review but as someone that struggles with their mental health this was a difficult experience. I won’t return to the app for a long time or maybe ever. I don’t want something else to add to my to do list.

Mandatory registration
Seriously why? At least let us test it out before forcing registration, collecting our data and then losing it in a data breach.

App won’t start
I was so excited to use this app but after downloading it I’m to be able to use it because it won’t start.
Too buggy
Couldn’t get buttons to work. Various things, within the app, were unresponsive. I’m deleting it.
Technical Issue
I was really enjoying this app until it wouldn’t register my completed chapters as completed. I am unable to progress to the next chapter and therefore won’t be subscribing unless this issue can be fixed before my free trial is over.
Love the concept
I have been experiencing a couple of bugs. I will finish a chapter, record a pattern, and write some notes then hit the big green check mark but the chapter won’t log as completed, would subscribe but I can’t progress past chapter 1!

I’ve been using this since the very beginning and it’s honestly the best thing I’ve come across in any App Store. I’ve become more self aware and I’m able to say there is a large amount of a better understanding. Of myself, my emotions and triggers. Download right away it’s worth it🤗❤️
Interesting and Illuminating
I’m enjoying the Paradym app immensely. I have completed the free trial and have moved to a monthly purchase. The chapter topics are well structured and the reflection points are excellent. I have given it a 3 star rating more really because blips in the app impact its effectiveness and this is a costly app compared to some.
For instance, I’ve completed three chapters and added my patterns. In the free trial these showed on my home screen. Moving to a subscription, it hasn’t saved my 7 previous days so I’m repeating. content, which is only released daily. That is a pity. In addition, despite saving my patterns, it says, you haven’t added any patterns yet. I wonder if that work covered is lost or will appear at some point.
I can’t find a way to get technical help, which would be useful. I am struggling with navigating my way around the site. And the symbols at the bottom, which clearly mean something, aren’t actually any help when you want to locate a specific item to complete an exercise.
Positives are many though and I am enjoying new learning and the reflection opportunities. Well done Paradym!

Many benefits
I absolutely love this app. I give it a five stars rate because of the many benefits I’m reaping so far; however, I wish it could have closed caption features or subtitles on the videos . I am more used to the American English accent and I have to be extremely intentional about understanding what they are saying. Sometimes it’s hard for me to understand the speakers,,, if you can get pass lisps and strong accents ,, this app will immensely help you to work on your self awareness,, none of this topics are taught freely somewhere else, like you have to pay for this info,,,, in this app they are condensing lots of information in a practical manner. Kudos to the creators and everyone who worked on this project. Thank you.

Have been a user since the initial product and just wowed at what a beautiful and easy to use platform Paradym has evolved into. Great to tap into in those quick breaks you get during the day when you are overwhelmed or need a pick me up. Really interactive and easy to navigate. Not preachy or cheesy and just factual advice that allows for easy to follow introspective reflection. A must download for everyone.
