Holding packages hostage! Illegal!

Receiving constant requests to update my credit card information when I have done so believing Parcel Pending. My credit information is now out there and they continue to send the same message. I contacted my credit card provider to confirm if there’s any issues concerning my credit card to which they confirmed they are active. As a result they now are not sending me notifications upon delivery of my packages and they continue to remain inside the locker. Couriers confirmed delivery with photos detailing the package order number and the actual location of the locker. This is a rip off man in the middle scam! The Attorney General’s investigation into this matter is truly warranted.

Hello, I’m very sorry for the frustration and concern this has caused you — I completely understand how upsetting this situation must be, especially after you’ve already updated your payment information and confirmed it’s valid. I sincerely apologize for the disruption with your notifications and access to your packages, as well as the stress around your account security. This is absolutely not the experience we want for you. While I’m unable to review your account directly here, please reach out to me at heather.singh@quadient.com or share your contact details. I will personally ensure your case is escalated right away for urgent review. Regards, Heather Again, I truly apologize and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

No way to contact

Zero way to contact them when issues setting up your account. It will not let me past the payment screen which was the first thing to pop up after I first logged in per my appt mgr instructions and before I knew there were any fees involved. I won’t be moving in for over a month so I did not wish to potentially accrue five dollar a day fees or more during a time I couldn’t check the locker. But it created the account anyway and just keeps sending me texts saying my payment is invalid and they will suspend my account, implying it is active already and I could be accruing fees I’ll have to pay once I do move in. Help files have no phone but suggest calling. Reply texts don’t work. No contact form available since I can’t get past the payment screen. Horrible design.

Hello, I’m sorry you’re experiencing this—that’s definitely frustrating and not the intended experience. You won’t accrue locker fees if you haven’t completed setup or started using the service. I’d like to help fix this for you. Please share your name and the email or phone linked to your account so I can take a look and resolve the payment issue. You can also contact me directly at heather.singh@quadient.com. We’ll get this sorted out quickly. Regards, Heather Singh

The original Parcel Pending was great but…(update)

I used the original Parcel Pending for quite a while and then they forced an upgrade to the Parcel Pending PLUS. Ever since then to login I have had to ask for a password reset I go through the process, then the next time I try to login it says that the email/password do not match. And then I have to go through the whole reset password again. What a pain.

Update: I finally managed to login to the app after using the website, make sure you search for “parcel pending plus login”, then iPhone app let me login with, and remember, the new password set on website.

The previous app was better!

I used the previous app for years and feel like the upgraded version is a downgrade. Used to be able to open multiple parcel boxes from phone, now need to be at kiosk. Too many reminder texts when I’ve marked on vacation.

Constantly Receiving Other People’s Packages

I have tried calling and messaging but no one from this company responds to anything. I constantly get another person’s packages delivered to me and my packages delivered to them. At this point it is more trouble than it’s worth to use this app and I wish I would have never signed up for this. My packages can take their chances on the porch but at least there’s a chance they’ll be delivered to me and not someone else.
