Our organization has been using this software for about 3 months now. It has been inbound packages and deliveries much easier to track. Our recipients have been enjoying it as well.
We are really enjoying the latest UI and scanning update. It has made it much easier and faster to scan in a package when the recipients label or name is a bit off from their recipient account information.
The support team has also helped so much with the implementation of this software. They are very responsive, which usually gets any issues worked out within a day or two at most.

Great tool for transitioning from manual to digital tracking especially in residential settings with multiple users. It’s improved visibility and package management. With a few fixes - like syncing and photo uploads - it could be even better!
Helpful tool
We deal with over 50 parcels a day and wouldn’t be able to cope without this app. Sometimes the app glitches but apart from that it’s really helpful

The interface is easy to use and customizable. The ability to batch import a CSV for recipients is massively helpful and efficient. Also, proof-of-delivery photos are a plus, and customizable recipient notifications are a must-have feature that other applications lack.

Parcel tracker has been helpful in our mailroom operations when it comes to running specified reports. There are a few flaws that can sometimes cause delivery problems but customer support is very helpful and timely

We use this for our ministry center in the port to receive mail and packages for seafarers working on ships. This app has been an amazing useful tool on tracking mail and getting it to the recipients!

Better Than Advertised
We are currently using the app in a hotel and convention center for all inbound packages for hotel guests and attendees to the various conferences on the property. I have worked directly with the team who have been amazing. This app is a lot better than the antiquated one we were using before. It makes tracking and locating packages a lot easier.

Do not buy this app!!!!! Built by cowboy developers
I’m a security officer who uses this worthless app. By far one of the worst app ever. A number issues: - takes forever to query student room number - crashes sometimes very frustrating me having to rescan 30 parcels. Takes hours to scan all parcels where I can do this manually with pen and paper which takes me 15 minutes. - I wasn’t able to open the app with the work phone provided by my employer for a very long time until I realised the work phone does not have internet which is our fault but there is no notification or any message which informs no connection. management was very close to disbanding this crap until I realised there was no internet.
