Poor app and airport arrangement

This app, when choosing the contact the customer service, 90% is showing OUR SERVICE IS BUSY NOW PLEASE TRY LATER. The airport is mess and shortage of management. Staff are either super nice or super bad, depend on your lucky and their mood. The security, more than half staff don’t really want to work and showing whatever attitudes, and better speak French. If you have connection here, please keep more than 2hr space between the flights or probably you will miss it and wait until midnight or the next day. Really don’t understand why they still promote themselves are the best airport in Europe. Any other Europe airports are better and friendly than CDG.

J’utilise cette application depuis plus de 10 ans, je suis pleinement satisfait et le recommande avec grand plaisir.

c’est appréciable aussi bien pour l’accueil que pour l’embarquement.

Les autres fonctionnalités sont également très utiles et pratiques.

Appli sans intérêt

Je cherche une information basique : quelle distance faut il parcourir de la station rer B au à la zone d’enregistrement des bagages du terminal 2A ? et je n’ai rien trouvé dans l’appli. Il y a un plan mais aucune zone pour faire une recherche de lieu dans l’aéroport. Conclusion : appli sans intérêt. Autant réaliser une recherche ponctuelle sur le site web.

À date, l’itinéraire proposé dans l’app est surtout accessible une fois un vol sélectionné (parcours du comptoir d'enregistrement à la porte d'embarquement). Super appli, hyper pratique !

Franchement, l’application Aéroport de Paris fait super bien le job. On trouve direct les infos dont on a besoin : horaires des vols, porte d’embarquement, plans… tout est clair et rapide à voir.

Les petites notifications pour suivre son vol, c’est vraiment top, ça évite le stress avant le départ. L’appli est simple à utiliser, pas de prise de tête, et on s’y retrouve facilement.

Bref, une appli bien foutue, super utile quand on voyage. Je recommande !

Useful but no map

It’s fairly useful in that it documents the various services available in the airport, but it really needs a map

Poor password integration

On signup, the password field accepts a strong password generated by iOS, but then says it’s too weak when you click submit and also won’t allow you to change it.

Never rent a vehicle from Budget Rent a car from Paris airport. They are fraud. I returned my rented vehicle with full tank still they took out Euro131 from my credit card. I sent an email and they promised to return my money in 7 days. It’s almost 2 months now and even sending 4-5 emails, they are not returning my money and now not even responding to my emails also. So I suggest not to rent a vehicle from them.

Ajout d‘une fonction always on

Bonjour, cela serait pratique de tenir avantage d‘ios16 et d‘ajouter une fonction de suivi en direct sur la dynamic island comme bon nombre d’applications à l‘heure actuel

Seems to drain iphone battery

When I installed the app I let it track my location while I was at home . A short time later I found that the battery was draining very rapidly. When I closed the app the drain on the battery stopped.

Only one coffee shop

If you’re in gate 65-61 which are all crammed together. You will be stuck with only one coffee shop and a TON of people with no where to sit near your gate.

It is likely you will have to sit by another gate.

Beware of the coffee line being 20 people deep.

Drains battery

My advice is to use this app when you need it but FULLY CLOSE it when done, or else risk draining your battery. I opened the app during a recent trip through CDG then left it open in the background. On the next flight, whether I plugged my phone in to the plane’s USB or my own batter pack, I couldn’t recharge the phone faster than the battery was being drained. Even though this app was in the background, even though I had set location services to “only while using app”, and even though I was actively using many other apps, this app was still by far the biggest battery user.

Don’t use the maps

It will go off with the spinning plane of death, if you get a call( I did) or an alarm goes off ( mine did), it seems to go back to start. If you press it just goes off of its own accord, not “This may take sometime”, “would you like me to do this in the background while you live your life”, no I am the most important thing in the world and you will wait, while your battery goes flat and life passes you by. What a bad design.

Pb import Cartes Wallet

A cause des mises a jour pour le nouveau système de carte fidélité on a perdu le lien pour importer sa carte fidélité dans « Cartes » (anciennement Wallet).

Si ce n'est pas déjà fait, nous vous invitons à supprimer manuellement votre ancienne carte de "Cartes" (anciennement wallet) pour ensuite pouvoir importer votre nouvelle carte Extime rewards. Si après suppression de votre ancienne carte vous ne pouvez toujours pas importer votre nouvelle carte, pourrez-vous nous contacter via support-mobile@adp.fr pour nous apporter des précisions supplémentaires concernant le défaut que vous observez sur votre appareil.
