Impossible de passer d’une carte d’identité à un passeport si la carte d’identité ne fonctionne pas. Obligé de basculer du telephone sur un ordinateur. Avoid At All Costs

Their headquarters is in Paris CDG Airport, and that is where not only they set me up for failure in my connecting flight but also have been keeping my luggage; I STILL don't have it back! DO NOT TRUST AIR FRANCE!

Where is Our Seat

Since being assigned flight info for our River Cruise, our seat selection has changed (been eliminated) 4 times. Very annoying and time consuming to choose new seats.
