It doesn’t do a simple basic function.
I had booked a flight on Air France using their website. Today I downloaded the app for easier checkin (or so I thought). I go to the page for my bookings and it didn’t show it but I expected that since I hadn’t used the app. But the place where it says “Add an existing booking to your list” is not an active link; clicking it does nothing. The only link in that page is “Book a flight” as if I want to buy a new ticket.
I clicked on “help” and used the WhatsApp option. The virtual assistant Louis (why does a virtual assistant need a name?) asked for my identifying info and the booking number, and confirmed it had found my booking. It wrote: “Thanks! I found your booking. Please choose one of the options below or simply type your question.”

So I sent B and it responded:
“Please type your question here for me to assist you”
So I wrote: “How do I add this to my upcoming bookings on the App?”
The response I got was:
“Thanks! I found your booking. Please choose one of the options below or simply type your question.”

So I wrote again: “How do I add this booking to the list on your App?”
And the response was (you guessed it!):
“Thanks! I found your booking. Please choose one of the options below or simply type your question.”

Four times I did this and the same thing kept happening. Then I tried this: I need human intervention as you never answer my question”
And the answer I got was: “I need human intervention as you never answer my question”
And the response was:
“Thanks! I found your booking. Please choose one of the options below or simply type your question.”
An airline app that doesn’t let you add an existing flight to your list seems like a complete waste to me. As well as the absurd Virtual Assistant that keeps regurgitating the same non-answer over and over.

God awful app with bought 5 star ratings
App is just as awful as the KLM app. Slow, buggy, and will take your money without reflecting seat changes. Stay away. Pretty sure they bought/manipulated 5 star reviews too.
Constant push messages
One star because the app constantly sends advertising push messages even after turning those off
