This app does not allow international users to access Air France. I cannot use this app outside of a French url. The only way that I could access my booking was to download a VPN and set my location to Paris.
4 decades of excellence with room for improvement
have been traveling with Air France for nearly 40 years, and overall my experience has been excellent. Aside from a few instances of lost luggage over the years, the airline has consistently provided good service.
One thing I would like to see improved is the seat selection policy. Even when traveling in Premium Economy, passengers are required to pay extra to choose their seats. This is especially inconvenient for families traveling with children, who should be able to sit together without paying an additional fee.
I hope Air France considers making seat selection complimentary for Premium Economy passengers, particularly for families

It was much easier to fly with air France since it is direct flight. The service was impeccable.
