Multiple attempts to check in online and email sent cannot complete the check in online. Why use these systems if they do not function. These systems increase the costs ultimately and don’t work??????

Warum wird meine in Deutschland erstellte Mastercard eine Zusatzleistung wie Sitzplatzbuchung in der Landeswährung (in diesem Fall Chile) belastet? Durch die hin und her Rechnerei fallen extra Gebühren an Mastercard und Banken die ich nicht einsehe. Schön frech von Mastercard: Karte ist in Deutschland ausgestellt, sie ist an eine deutsche Bank und Rechnungsadresse gekoppelt, ich lebe in Deutschland…was stimmt denn hier nicht?

Fonction Changer de Vol HS
L application est bien conçue mais certaines fonctionnalités sont inopérantes comme par exemple la fonction changer de vol pour les clients abonnés, le bouton renvoie vers un écran qui ne propose aucun vol de remplacement, c est pénible de devoir passer par le site pour faire cette action qu’on a besoin de réaliser rapidement en mobilité. Dommage.

Bad design
Really bad UI/UX design. If you forget your flying blue number there are so many confusing steps to get that number back! The email address is not also properly bind with the account. Sometimes it asks for flying blue number and sometimes the email address!
Cant login
Reset password feature does not work. I reset my password but when I use it to login it throws an error.
Needs some work
I have 2 issues, the Flying Blue benefits of extra luggage should have been applied at time of selecting the ticket, so we don’t feel the need to buy up to get luggage allowance. Not helpful when it’s revealed afterwards. If we, go back to revise the choice, the the promo price is gone!
