This app is simple. Enough works fine.
Terrible app but great place to park!
The app is terrible but Park n Go is a great place to park. App dims to lowest setting when you open it. Try to brighten and it immediately goes back to dark (can’t see it at all). Have to us the confirming email to get in or out of the lot. The reservation goes to “completed” once you check in. Have been parking here for a couple of years and the app has not been fixed.

Auto brightness
This app auto dims the screen randomlyto an unusable level. Please turn off brightness control

The app doesn’t show latest reservation. After restarting and searching for an update, still not showing. Email received was the only thing showing the reservation.
Fix brightness bug!!
This app turns brightness to zero for some unknown reason, and it has been this way for months. Incredibly annoying and won’t let you turn it back up. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED!!!
Add card/reservation to Apple Wallet?
No issues with the app, but I don’t use it much. As a matter of fact, I forgot I had it installed and made my most recent reservation on my computer and browser. I have somehow managed to not lose the card so I was able to log in with my number, and my latest reservation is there.
I was wondering if I could add my frequent Parker card to my apple wallet, but it doesn’t seem like it. It would be a nice feature to have, making it so everything is in one place when traveling—boarding passes, IDs, parking etc. You might consider that feature if you ever update the app, as well as the ability to log in with Face ID, and the ability to have an account without a frequent parker number.

No way to sign up
I downloaded the app but can’t sign up. It expects me to already have an account.
App does not work
I am unable to enter my reservation as every time i do the app crashes. I have deleted and reinstalled the app but same issue.

This is the best airport parking in KC, but the app is horrible.

After trying several times with app and online to see my upcoming reservation, I discovered I can log on and see reservation if I joined the frequent Parker program. So app works provided you join free program and receive FP number.
Horrible booking experience
After entering all vehicle make model details there is no button to go forward in booking on iPhone plus there is no key to minimize the keyboard.

Need to enable ApplePay
Creating reservation would be quicker and easier, if ApplePay was an option. 4yrs is a long time to make updates to the application. Time to add some polish to the app design and interface.
Clunky sign in.
It’s a start but it needs Face ID or something so you don’t always need to type account number and email to sign in.
Easy and Impossible
Easy to make a reservation but try to find your QR when you get to the lot. Worthless.
Booking is easy, login is not
So I can’t find my frequent parker number, and the app has no way to login without it.
They did make sure that you can still book parking without logging in, so no worries they’ll miss getting your money. You just won’t earn credit for parking. Docked a star for that.

Easy to use Frequent Parker and Reservations
Saved my Frequent Parker info directly in the app and easy use of reservations. Love Park ‘N Go!
Please fix lookup feature
Could not look up existing reservation by entering my email and reservation number. Please fix this.

Entered email & reservation id to lookup existing reservation. Selected location. Hit DONE. Nothing happened.
Finally coaxed it to accept above information. Went to lookup reservation. App exited.

NOT WORKING
Haven’t flown out of Orlando in a while due to pandemic. Made a reservation online using laptop and website . Printed out receipt. When I tried using app, nothing worked
