Will not open continuously asked to enable notifications even after I grant access. Useless
Failed at step 3
Wanted to search for hotel stay in Singapore, thought the app would make it easy. At the tracking window, the picture was larger than my screen, so the continue button was hidden. Could not move it up or down or shrink it, it wouldn’t rotate, just stuck there, no way to get passed. Tried to put in app service request which took me to a Spanish homepage for Park Royal, not where I could submit a glitch review request. Apps ought to be a reflection of the Hotel? Bonvoy and Accor have great apps…

Don’t waste your time
This app is terrible. Nothing on it works. We stayed at the Grand Park Royal Cancun and they instructed us to use this app to order room service or book dinner reservations. The app freezes the second you try to do anything on it and the page turns white. We let multiple people know about the issues we were having and also heard other people voice complaints about the same issues. When you tell them it doesn’t work they just get defensive and tell you there’s not a problem with it and it works fine for them. They offer no solution.

Not for newer phones
I have an iPhone 16 Pro, and my husband has a 13 mini. The app absolutely will not work on my phone but it’ll work on his. They really need to fix this.

Would give the app Zero starts if possible. Doesn’t work. Hotel staff sends you back to the app. Terrible.
Not working
The app doesn’t function properly and when I try to get support there is none to be found do your self a favor and steer clear
Login is bugged
I called for pin to sign in and it didn’t work so they said said call again after I reinstall the app and it still doesn’t work if ur looking at this before u got ur room at one of these hotels forget about it look for another place to stay
Not what it use to be!!!!
There in June of 2021 and June of 2024 !!! Was so excited to be going back!❤️ I was disappointed 10 minutes after I got there. The staff was no longer glad to see us and happy to help us…. More arrogant and pushy. The food was barely eatable!!! The sunsets were blocked by cruze ships . Forget hanging out in the inflinity pool watching the sunset with a drink in hand🤬 The liquor was removed from the pool bar at 6l! Cups are reused and still have lipstick on them and hard to get top shelve liquor !!!! The snorkeling area was small and saw very few fish !!! This is a 2 star not a 4 star resort in my opinion🤬
