Very poorly designed
The app is very cumbersome to use and basic. Reservations don’t show up in your profile and you can’t pay with the app even though you store your credit card info in it.
App issues
The app has changed and can only see 1 reservation at a time this needs to be fixed as in past I was able to see multiple bookings please fix asap.

Easy to book, all receipts are accessible.

I filled out the fields to create an account and hit "sign up" then keep getting the error "no account found" lol, well no kidding I'm trying to create it.
Service good. App needs work
Love the service and the concept of the app. It's easy to reserve and to request your car through the app. But don't bother entering your credit card info. You have to present a card when you pay anyway.
And despite the app giving you a bar code for your reservation , they issue you and make you carry a different paper bar code anyway. App has potential, but needs work, even the newest version. If they can fix that it would be slick.
